| That was Perfect! I can't say anything thing else. That Fact that they ended with Fuko was perfection in itself Then the Dango Remix when they were showing everyone Oh my God Perfection Kyoto Animation and Key Anything you guys make i will watch. Clannad is the greatest anime of ALL time, there is nothing better and nothing will ever top this. 100/10 < Episode. Series season 1 and 2 10^116/10 Yea it that epic! | first: i am impressed and moved by the amount of people who have worked their asses off to learn this language second: quite possibly the happiest episode of my life. i have played the game, i have listened to the drama cd's, im a clannad fanatic, and in the end, i feel that this episode, the episode that was to wrap up the entire story (and now you all understand why the dango daikazoku song is literally the conerstone of the show) did a fantastic job. i will cherish this series for the rest of my life, bravo to kyoani for adeptly adapting the greatest love story ever told |

| So, I teared up/cried in like, six of the last seven episodes. I think I'mma have to trade in my dude card shortly. :( That was a fantastic ending to a fantastic story though. I couldn't be happier. The montage of various Clannad characters as they grew up, as well as Ushio was awesome. Particularly Sunohara's inability to drive, and Kotomi. I was never really a fan of her, but dayam son, she be lookin good thar! Oh, and Kyou-himesama, but does she really need mentioning? I've also gotta say I loved the scene where Tomoya called out to Nagisa. The entire Fuko part of the episode was purely ridiculous(and hilarious), but now I kinda get Fuko's statement about having Ushio's scent a few weeks back. What I don't understand, is how she has such keen scent... On a slightly similar note, I actually found it fairly amazing how many of the final events of AS were foreshadowed in the first season, and in of all the obvious places; the OP. From Ushio running through the sunflowers, to Fuko standing at the tree looking onward to Ushio/The Illusionary Girl. The one thing I'm not clear on, did Tomoya remember everything that did happen and apparently got retconned? Or for all purposes did the last few episodes never happen? This drops me off a the preview, and it looks like a good one. Back in the school days, and if I'm not mistaken it looks like the events leading up to and the meeting of Tomoya and Nagisa, however from her perspective. I can't wait! Anyhoo, I'll be rewatching this quite a few times in the years to come. What a ride it's been. 10/10 (Yeah, I'm rating it before the final episode. What up?) |

| So it's like reloading from the safe file when you get a bad end, and everyone lives happily ever after. But i'm not complaining since i enjoyed it, it is following the original game afterall. Most script, screenplay up till the ending (insert) song was the same but they made it much prettier. I had some laughs when they included one of fuko's special events into the ending too. 4/5 Overall, this series was good but i wouldn't say it's epic, the best was during the middle part of after story. Sometimes it's weird and i don't know what's going on but somehow it's very touching. Anyway, i'm glad i watched till the end, can't wait to see the special episode next week. ヽ（´▽`）／ it's over! 8/10 |
| Glad everyone is all safe n' sound, but the latter half was a slight disappointment. Not a big Fuko fan to begin with, but felt there should have been more with Tomoya, Nagisa, and Ushio. Instead of hamburgers and what she can or can't call herself. I know there's alot of Fuko fans so please don't slam me too much, just my thoughts. Was a good ending and can't wait to see Nagisa's point of view next week... |
| Yay!! I loved the different versions of Nagisa's theme they included in the episode, finally got to hear Chiisana te no hira!! The scene with Tomoya hugging Nagisa was full of pure happiness too. And also.. YES! Fuko at the end was full of EPICNESS (and revelation!)!! |

| I couldn't have asked for a better ending, even if I predicted that there would be a perfectly happy ending after reading Ushio's character bio. Only thing is, what about Tomoya's dad? We didn't see him at his mothers house when they visited. Are they gonna leave him as a drunk who has a lot of shit to deal with for the rest of his life while everyone is happy? Or did I miss something? |

| Imo the whole lightbulb revive dead people made it drop from 10 to a 9, still an awesome show, yeah, i didn't want an happy ending, i kinda liked how life was pissing on Tomoya over and over. 9/10, but if the extra one is super swell, i might give it 10 |

| It was a nice ending, made me cry a little during the part when Tomoya called out to Nagisa and ran over to her and hugged her. (note: I'm not a Nagisa fan, but it even made me teary-eyed lol) I just didn't really understand the ending with Fuuko... when was she seeing Ushio there under the tree? Was it before all the events that happened or after? And what was the significance of that? I'm sorry if it's really obvious, but I just didn't get it :P |

| One word to descibe the anime as a whole. Beautiful. This show is a masterpiece, down to the music,the characters with their development and interactions with each other, the story, everything was spot on. Looking forward to episode 23, it's a shame the main story is finished, but it's nice to see what Nagisa's point of view of Tomoya. Who reckons if theres an episode 24 it will be Tomoyo After? |

| Best Realistic(excluiding Clannad magic) Romance Anime I have seen by far. Never seen a plot done so well. Through this series, I have both laughed and shed tears. Never seen any anime have a such hold on me. Clannad truly grips the audience unlike any other anime. Its sad to see it come to an end, but its not a anime that will be forgotten. |

| I loved the ending! I'm going to say that this is now my favourite anime, because it was so good! :D I can't believe it made me cry though, its usually only sad things that make me cry. ^_^; 10/10 |

| it was... ok... of course i like the happy end and all. but just simply make nagisas death never happened is so... even though a nice ed, with some good fuuko scenes in the end. so i think that 1st season is better. the school setting is more interesting for me. but because its kyoani 9/10 HoaRy said: edit: btw how come there are 2 threads for this episode? | I was thoroughly disappointed with the ending, actually. It took everything that happened before and just put it aside. It was almost as if they didn't know how to steer away from a bad ending, so they just made the rest of it non-canon and made up a new story to replace it. I was rather enjoying watching Tomoya rebuild his life after his loss. He had to pick himself up and learn how to be a father. It was great. But this ending... well, it just hit the reset button. They should have just let Nagisa live from the start (I say that since I'm a Nagisa fan, but still...). Great series, still deserves the 10/10, but I'm going to just declare this "proper" ending unofficial and make up a new one in my head. I think it will involve giant robots... |

| Wow, I have just one word to describe this, and that's 'beautiful'. I can't even recall having bawled from happiness once, but this episode did it. The atmosphere, the music, the animations, everything was just so beautiful and above all, the fact that the family is finally together. Didn't mind the supernatural part at all. I mean, it wasn't the first time we saw such things in Clannad. I do feel like this is the end of the series, though. They could've managed without next-week's episode. Someone asked 'Did Tomoya knew what happened in the last few episodes, when Nagisa awoke?' I actually immediately thought he was, since he seemed to 'wake up' at 9:32 due to Ushio's crying, looked sad (as if he knew what would happen) and had some 'flashbacks'. His face also looked surprised when Nagisa said "Tomoya-kun..." But I think it's better that he knew. Like someone mentioned earlier, the last few episodes would be a waste (and especially a waste of tears, for some of us, apparently) if they were for nothing. |
| Well that confused the hell out of me, I now have no idea what time frame it is, whether Ushio and Nagisa are alive or what the heck just happened. But none the less I cried most of the way through, as it just seemed so beautiful... |

| Pretty disappointing ending to a good series in my opinion. They built up the suspense for good portion of episodes and just made it crash and burn like it didn't happen at all. I really wouldv'e prefered a sad ending to make it flow. The orbs where extremely random as well, they took about 30 seconds to explain them and being a non-game player,I was left dumbfounded of what had just happened. 3/5 |

I know it's not making any sence, but I rather have an ending like this compared to a tragedy that everyone dies. Just like I wished, "How it would be, if Okazaki's family hasn't fallen apart", Good ending :D Good Anime. It isn't the best, but I had emotional moments :) Still wished that there would be an OVA or smt of Tomoya x Kyou, like Tomoyo chapter. |

| PERFECT! I know, i know... It is a litte stupid to suddely get everybody alive again, but if Ichigo does that every episode why not Nagisa? And I am a fan of happy endings. Happy family, Showing what everybody is doing and Fuuko ffs priceless episode!!! Ending just like i dreamed! tough i didnt expect Kyoani do that. 5/5 I am still a little confused about that other world girl and why nagisa/ushio came back to life but whatever! SO Beautiful and great animation quality! ps. Where/when i can get that song which was when tehy were showing how everybody was doing? |

| ^ Confusing? How exactly o_0 You cant compare Season 1 to Season 2, since they are almost nothing a like. Season 1 concentrates on Comedy, while Season 2 to is more about Drama. Its obviously complicated for some people to understand. | I enjoyed Second Season more than the First. I enjoy more of the "After" parts, which is exactly what After Story is, I don't really like the build up of Tomoya having to choose a girl, it's just long & seen it all before lol. --- Yes, lovely, brilliant Second Season, Glad we get to see the whole family together =). I don't really mind the light bulb stuff as much, so it won't affect my view on Clannad =D KyoAni/Key did a great job. ~Abs |
This ending was really strange. Actually, the whole episode was strange. I'm glad to see that they're a big Dango Daikazoku but it was out of place in my opinion. I wish they went further into Ryou's arc. I enjoyed it a lot when I played the game. And wow... Tomoyo is still the best in my eyes. :] I wish they'd make a OVA for the Tomoyo manga. My favorite part of the episode. |

| 22 was 'ok'. It's clear they were only saving themselves from my wrath :) The last part was clearly filler, once they had done the first 3/5ths and ensured I wasn't going to hunt them down and hurt them they just filled up the rest with a silly diversion. I still want to kick someone for all the crying I was put through though. |
| While not technically anime, currently I am a big fan of Hatsune Miku. At least I can go see her in concert. |
