So do we just ask for help here? I think I totally just screwed up my sig ebcause I did not know that it was a choice between recently watched anime and all that. I just thought all sigs by default were the My Anime List logo thing. How do I customize my sig for my faveortie anime list because having my favoeries in my sig is not an option when I look at the menu thing. ![]() |

I haven't really messed with signatures before, but can we not actually upload an image on our computer and use that has a background for the default signatures? I checked "use custom background" and it said the image uploaded, but the background is still white. Is that a broken feature or am I doing something wrong? |

You just probably did something wrong. |

You just probably did something wrong. I got it working. I didn't delete the number values for background, border, and box color. |

In "width", put how many pixels you want your signature to be. I dunno but that might help you :D |

The story goes like this---> a friend of mine made my signature and said to paste the code into signature box. It was working ok, untill I changed my nickname. From this time on new anime just won't replace the old one (however in signature section I can see new titles O.o). How to fix it? Here's the code (used google chrome to obtain it): And code from my signature section (it was Serduszko back then but changed by its own I quess): xxx |

You know, I would to it and put the code back on where it was BUT I took it via google chrome-source button so it was implemented in MAL. I do not know where to put code from 1st spoiler. I only see place in signature section for things in second spoiler. That's the problem. xxx |

Sorry, didn't wasted a time thinking about it xD So you're saying it got bugged? You changed your name yet MAL recognizes your old one? I guess using a signature script will fix your problem or report the bug. |

@Eggman9000: I tried removing duplicate and similar frames then reducing color depth but the result is still around 480kb. I guess if it's reduced to maybe 10 frames it might get under the limit and still look okay. Increasing contrast to reduce the level of detail in the image will allow the frames to compress more easily also, but since there is already a lot of dithering in the gif you have I cannot isolate them to reduce the size. In order to get it down to reasonable size without making it ugly as sin, somebody will need to recreate the gif from the original video. |
