it means you do not deepen the story of this anime, but this anime is the best according to me and the plot is very touching, at the beginning of the episode is a lot to tell the story of resistance against tenshi and it makes this anime inserted comedy but you just focused on the scene in episode 10 and so on this anime has started to experience drama this is possible that you pass / notice

Not sad at all, but it's so fucking funny to the point I forgive the major flaw pointed by critics to consider this show good enough. This show is the complete opposite of Shigatsu which has godawful comedy to the point MAL denies it's existence as a tag. Angel Beats don't have good drama parts as Shigatsu to make me feel though.

Nah, it's not actually that sad for most of it. The characters' life stories were sad, and the music is sad, but pretty much everything was a positive thing. They overcome their regrets and get to statt again, the only reason to cry would be out of joy, and I personally don't cry tears of joy. I mean every single character got to experience their dream life and then get a new one, and Kanabe and Otonashi even meet again, so it's actually one of the most positive anime there is.
