| There's an amount of time before Funi can release it on blu ray, so they first released the dvd boxset, and then when the people in Japan gave them the thumbs up to releasing it in blu ray, they did so. For all the other stuff that is a combo pack, it is a combo because Funi released the series when both were available. |
