Not a very heroic thing to do, attacking a pretty defenseless girl and all (since her demon powers haven't manifested yet). In a world of supposed peace, why not make it a into something socially acceptable if they want to be "heroes" so badly? Here's an idea: If they wanted glory, they could have founded a company to host a tournament for heroes to become champions, similar to gladiators or boss fights of RPGs. They wouldn't even need a real "demon lord" and can have it as a symbolic thing, like the sculpted head on a golden trophy or something. If they wanted justice, then they could of joined a security agency or other law enforcement. With their current line of thinking, an analogy would be like a person who couldn't be promoted form a police officer to detective, so they give a gun to woman off the street they see that just had a break up. An unstable person with a deadly weapon, possibly seeking revenge? Chance of murder rises, and officer will be there to apprehend them when it does, and thus be promoted, when they themselves are the root of evil. F*** those guys. Hope they become bums or die. |

| Wow, I'm surprised this was actually decent... first episode I can say that I mostly enjoyed. Somehow that ending makes me disappointed though. Raul is a sensible guy to begin with.. forget the blossoming romance, the logical choice would be to not let the naive and innocent Fino goes down the path of her father. It has romance, funny scenes, a serious plot regarding the future of the heroes and demons, and even Fino's thought about how everyone is connected that made Raul realized something, all those stuffs were really pretty good and interesting. Those two make the best couple with their unique backgrounds. Totally loved their interactions throughout the episode, it seems Fino is one step closer towards understanding her true feelings for Raul. |

| I've been watching this anime for the humor and randomness of the show, until this eps. This episode took it beyond that and finally gave you insight on these two characters that it should have from the start. I love that they are giving fino more of a chance to discuss her past and hopefully it continues in the next eps. (which I'm sure it will). Probably by far one of my fav. eps. |

| Since the show started I thought it was a bit odd that the show depicted somewhat old technology as magic (instead o trying to depict standard magic items as utilitarian equipment). Now I realize that the feeling I get is somewhat of the 50s, the decade following the end of the WWII with a booming economy. Back then no doubt there must have been people that joined the army dreaming about getting the big medals (but that never had to endure the carnage of real war therefore never went into actual duty) and probably also wished that the war would start again. Maybe it is just coincidence, maybe someone that has read the light novels can confirm if down the line another minor conflict with a long duration (the korean war) erupts later on and Raul has the option of becoming a hero or continue his humble and pacific life as a salesman. |

The plot breaks away from the usual routine, these beautiful moments of everyday life outside the workplace the two main characters grow up, but I hope they do not leave behind the rest of the cast! ^ ^ " The narrative is too much fun thanks to Fino and his jokes. | Whether they noticed or not they were totally on a date. Also in this episode it looks like Fino and Raul might have noticed that they have feelings for each other. There was a lot of blushing. Fino wa absolutely beautiful in that dress. Stunning! So some people want her to become the Demon Lord. Only for them to benefit. I wonder if those two people who attacked her were those two guys Raul is friends with we saw a while back. I wonder how the demon world/place is doing too. I also wonder if a plot will start to arise. |

| Ahhh, I remember getting my first paycheck. It really was a great feeling. The personalities ironically doesn't fit their class. Cheerful Demon and Gloomy Hero? Hahaha  Never knew Raul was a famous actor. Display his Oscar on his dresser for the world to see.  Even the pouty face Fino makes is adorable.  This outfit she's wearing makes her more adorable than ever!  Yet another heartwarming episode with very little fanservice. Not bad. Let's hope Fino doesn't become the next Demon Lord. |
