I think I read Kite was shown in the first episode? That could indeed have added more too it. |
| need to give a massive clap to Knov and his VA for that scene in the rain, so so good! best scene i've seen in this arc by a country mile, this hasn't been the strongest arc for me surprisingly and I have struggled to have the motivation to watch for a while but must say it never amazes me how much tension is built up, your just waiting for something big to go down.... |

Don't tell me that pair of shoes will lead the royal guards to Knov and then they'll kill him orz After starting this arc, i feel like none of the characters have immunity to death/being tortured until they are 'broken', just because they are one of the main supporting characters of this show (lesson learnt from Kite especially) Knov's breakdown omg... Again we're reminded of the strength of the royal guards and of how grim the situation is... u___u Same, I'd like to know how Gon and Killua are still able to have that much courage to face an enemy that they know are way more powerful than them... |

| Oh shit, the usual cool and collected Knov got a mental breakdown D; Gon and Killua have very strong willpower and determination, that's why. I feel like Knov would've had an easier time if he was with Meleoron. It'd go hand in hand with what he's tryna do without being detected. The assassination using Scream on that lower level ant was awesome doe!!! At least he got out alive. When the narrator was saying that was his best and final chance, I was so worried he was gonna die D': I dun want Knov to die >< or Morel ;A; or Palm or anyone. Palm's mission really gives you a snap of reality. Spies have to be able to sacrifice their lives without hesitation so that they won't leak out any info they learn. That's scary as shit D: I hope she's able to do what she needs to do and get through this well >< |
| Knov's bravery and determination allow him to place those 3 portals in the palace... Thanks to that, the plan is possible to do. Just seeing the aura made Knov lost his will and are traumatized to go back to the palace, let alone fight in the palace against the royal guards. Gon's and Killua's experience are even worse though, not only did they encounter Pitou face to face and feel her aura but also seeing and leaving Kite who was heavily wounded. I wonder what would Palm do to the secretary... (vice versa) |

| I'm on my rewatch and this show still rocks! Kinda teared up again when Knov's will broke. Such an emotional rollercoaster, but also exciting and well thought out. This setup is all very important for what's to come! |
| Knov survived his infiltration mission with a lot of scratches from crawling on the mud and not a single one from the enemy but the very sight of Neferpitou's aura crushed his spirit and made his cool and collected persona crumble altogether once he was out of danger. She's so dangerous that all he could do from that point on was to hope that Palm doesn't get herself killed in there... Morel vs. Leol! |

| Knov's mental breakdown was harsh, desperate and calling for help, seeing a strong man and an accomplished pro hunter in that state of surrender really highlights the kind of danger they are all stepping into. |
