I was just wondering this myself. I favorited it and look for a new release every now and then but.. Nothing since september...

It's quite upsetting. I love Kiss x Sis.

Author's up and running as far as I know. It's just that the scanlation groups are taking their sweet time for some unknown reason. Most likely due to a lack of personnel.
