| Finally~ I've just read the manga and really enjoying it This is one of the most realistic sport manga without super moves. And the way they explain the tennis itself is pretty stimulating |

| Honestly it's one of my favorite manga, but I can't really see it doing good as an anime. First off, it starts off way too slow, and at best they'd manage to get in some romance in the last episode, assuming it gets 20+ episodes. |

| So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

| BODY IS READY... although it is a real shame that it's mostly going to be filler content. It still would have been better to follow the manga faithfully singing as it has 200+ chapters. Ah well, nevertheless I'm still excited for a Baby Steps anime. :D |

| Hmm I was full out excited hearing it was getting an anime, but uneasy with the original plot stuff. There is a ridiculous amount of material in the manga so not like they need to do that. I suppose it's less worrisome of the writer is involved in this, I just wonder what the plan is? They plan to go off the rails with a self-contained series? Oh well will cross fingers that they don't screw this up. I really enjoyed the manga and was hoping it'd get its anime chance at some point. So "yeah!" on the news, "eh" on the original stuff. |
