| Is it just me or has this whole arc been super difficult to follow? It's just random mystical jargon being spewed all over the place... and then some fights happen in-between and some buildings get blown up. It's also disappointing because up until now, the whole Kenshin franchise has been pretty realistic, and now all of the sudden we have this spiritual magic being cast all over the place... :/ This may just be my least favorite arc of the series, oh well, guess I'll see how it wraps up next episode. |

Agreed with all. It's all mystical mumbo-jumbo that's barely explained. It might make more sense to people with knowledge of feng shui, but I would not be surprised if most of it is nonsense. This episode had an interesting scene with Kenshin fighting himself. I really liked the design of the zombie Kenshin. Jinpu and Kenshin journeying thru the country was cool too. The creators definitely missed having a camp scene that shows character development; there hasn't been much this whole arc. The rest of the episode was whatever. |
