Adding Going Merry as character

I tried to add her once, but it was rejected which didn't made sense.

Yes, she is a ship, but it was shown she is sentient, and also has her own seiyuu - Houko Kuwashima.

On top of that, she actually has her own One Piece special where she is main character.

Of course it got rejected. It does makes sense cause it's too stupid to add a ship as a character.
