Does anyone know if there is a Chrome Shelled Regios Season 2 planned? I know the series was a few years ago but yeah... ??

^Personal opinion.

Just like mine: I loved Chrome Shelled Regios, and I too believe there should be a second season. Alas, it's popularity was not as satisfactory as they wished it to be. As such, we shall most likely not see a second season.

Didn't people say the creator died mid-way through the series?

The ending was a pretty closed ending to me. I personally didn't enjoy the series much, but it didn't really end with anything that hinted towards a second season.

i would like to see one but i dont think it going to happen you should check out the discussion on the Chrome Shelled Regios page i think this was already a topic there and from what i could put together about what people were saying is that the studio behind this series is not known to make squeals but there's always a chance

Their probably will not be a second season.. Iv read all the novels, and the anime messed up big time. It diverged completely from the light novels, so it can't use it's original source anymore; read the novels on baka tsuki. I started with the anime, and the novels were far better, the anime was SOOOOOO Nina heavy for some reason.

2015 and still shipping these two till the last.

I don't believe that what about the table that the spirit saya left the one with the body print and the fact that saya spirit chose fon-fon some sort of backstory or why was fon-fon a oprhan things like those

Hmm well its 2018 already and i’ve already watched the anime not once but twice and I really liked it. Would be amazing for a season 2 and this anime deserves a like.

I loved season 1 of Chrome shelled Regios. Good characters. You really got to know them but the other world or dimension where the head with all those eyes was not explained well enough. There should be a second season to explain in more detail.

The producer died roughly 2 episodes away from completion, the author has been radio silent in terms of press/media since 2018 however.

sadly I loved the series, but the likelihood of it getting another season without the producer for the initial project, the source material being over, and the author being radio silent, and an ending that would be rough to continue from it's insanely unlikely we will ever see a continuation.

ofc the lukewarm response to the series from a decent portion of watchers doesn't help the prospects.
