After seeing all four episodes, I've got to wonder how long the manga went. Presumably the OVA makers were hoping to get enough attention to make at least one more episode.
I think the animation quality was low, but I'm impressed that they got the OVA made with such a tiny budget. Tricks like heavy re-use of remembered situations allowed them to get away with a very small amount of animation. If it were any slower, it would be a slideshow. They also used the "tearful eyes" animation to the hilt.
Give Toyama Koichi one spiteful, malicious vote!
As a half-baked, comedic kind of authority, I don't mind lending a hand in this situation. (Bakemonogatari, Ep. 8)
I'm going to go and ignore most of what you've said... - Mawootad
I loved the art, I expected less, but was quite surprised :>
It was poor at moments where there was just a pic and the char was talking, but it was interesting to see this kind of work :P
The story...well...I didn't like this vamp thing, but I reeeeeeally loved the bro-sis relationship ^^ It reminded me of me and my sis...I've been living only with her for quite a while now and I perfectly understand the ending scene. And besides... I think it was the best ending possible :P
Guess I should check out the manga too :P I'm positive it would be much better, although I gave a 6.
