I had known for some time that the same actress did Yuka (from Elfen Lied) and Nogizaka Haruka.

Those two voices sounded almost identical to me.

Likewise, I had long felt that the voices of Enma Ai, Yell (from Akikan) and Aisa (from To Aru Majutsu no Index) were essentially indistinguishable.

I was quite concerned that the actress who did these last three roles would be typecast, because she didn't seem to have much range.

However, I find to my shock that one actress, Noto Mamiko, was in fact doing all five roles. So clearly she does have a considerable vocal range in which she can make different characters sound distinct.

My question is, is Mamiko's range similar to other actresses who do many roles, e.g. Megumi Hayashibari?
