| Pretty good start. That kiss at the end surprised me, but anyway I'm curious how this guy will become all powerful, assuming he does become a mage. That being said I wonder what Hokuto knows, she seems hellbent on doing something that he didn't really want and I feel like Touji has a secret or two himself. The supporting characters are pretty good so far, just need to wait to see if the MC can become just as good, didn't get much of a feel from him as the others aside from the occasional flashback. | Actually loving this so far, way up there for my favourite first episode of this seasons anime, memorable characters, great visuals and pretty good dialogue. Opening was decent as well. |

| That CG at the end felt so out of place. The animation on the CG wasn't bad, but it did not go well with the rest of the art. If you are using CG with normal animation, it has to blend better than that. Terrible. Other than that, it was a decent episode. Edit: Forgot to comment on the volume. At the very beginning, the character voices were ridiculously low. It got better in the middle, then got out of whack at the end again. I don't know what was going on with that. Strange editing. |

I think the cast will become likable with the slow pacing focusing on their development. |

| Full of cheap gimmicks, with pretty bad bgm choice and volume issues and bad animation. Yup, just another mediocre time killer. The worst thing though is that first few episodes are actually the best part of the series. Manga went downhill pretty quick so don't expect anything better plot-wise than what you will get now. |

| Natsume the best girl.Hopefully she will get more screentime than Hokuto (hating characters like her). OST seems nice, this blondie bitch's entreace was pretty climatic and nice. Visually it was nice as well.OP kind of reminded me Index's season 2 op, both visually and musicaly. |

| Liked everything about this but the cg god damn they weren't even trying to hide it in this one really hope it was just a big coincidence of all the animes with cg this season but seriously though felt like they were setting this up for Hokuto to die she even got reverse NTR'd ...reminds me of shoko from valvrave lol |

| It is very unlikely that this series will crack many people's top 10 lists, but it doesn't look that bad! The current ranking is 72xx which is nuts for a new series (that doesn't suck monkey balls)... I was expecting it to be in the 1500-3000 range after watching the first ep. I'm kinda glad I didn't see the ranking earlier or I may have skipped what looks like could be an interesting series! |

| The premise seem pretty interesting. I would have give this a 4/5, but the terrible audio editing almost kill my ears. If you didn't watch this episode yet, DO NOT USE HEADPHONE. Thus, 3/5 I swear that I probably suffer some minor permanent hearing lost. If they try to kill my ear one more time, I am dropping this regardless. |
