| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Aww, Rei bringing the good mood back again. Dat fight. I kinda expected it between Rin and Haruka. I knew I'd see a swim competition in this finale though. I was looking forward to it as well~ that was sweet. I saw a bro hug there as well :3. FOR THE TEAM. Damn, I'm going to miss this show in a way. No more shirtless guys swimming or bro moments. |

| Swim with free. Red hair guy's not doing well. Just because he cannot join relay, he said he's not swimming, and the main guy is despaired. Megane guy confessed what he heard from him the last night, because he feels the same. He's being bastard again when main guy came, at that tree resembling the one in their memory. lol~ Red hair guy instead of megane guy during the relay! Wow, the visions! They won, but got disqualified. The captain is keeping red hair guy, though, and he's not blaming kouhai guy. "EVER BLUE" by STYLE FIVE as final ep. ED (in OST). Practice between two schools. So it became his own dream. 2nd season in next Summer?? |

| Really fine ending. A TV news program introduces this anime as "reunion party in present continuous tense" which I find quite insightful. It is hard not to see KyoAni going to make another season given how popular the series has become, so next summer? |
| So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

| During this episode I was a mix between squealing, trying not to laugh too happily, and trying not to roll around, which would knock my computer over and send me tumbling off the couch. It was everything I wanted. Rin got to swim with the team again, even if it meant dequalification. I really wish he would have actually switched teams, but there's not much one gets with a wish. The best part was probably seeing Rin smile as an adult. And he did it several times, good for him. See you next Summer? I sure hope so. |

| Love me or hate me, 10/10. That was a beautiful episode. I cried a waterfall I'm not even joking. RIN. HE TURNED BACK INTO HOW HE WAS AS A KID (in a way). THIs WAS BEAUTIFUL HOW DARE IT END. Second season next June? It better fucking happen. |

| Aw that was a nice ending, KyoAni does really good job with mood making. Even though it was a little silly how easily everything was resolved, it still made me smile. That picture with the 5 of them at the end was just too heartwarming, especially after all that 11 episodes of Rin being angsty, they're all friends again :) the relay race was also really fun, exciting, and beautiful to watch. It kind of sucks that after all that hardwork practicing for the race, Rei didn't get to participate, but I guess it's okay becuaese he wants to see everyone be on good terms again. See you next summer? Looking forward to it if there will be a second season, it was quite a refreshing experience. |

| Well a second season could be possible for next summer given the amazing sales in Merch and Media releases. So I really hope that see you next Summer will mean a sequel. 9/10 best anime this season easily I'm eagerly awaiting KyoAni's Kyoukai no Kanata here in a couple weeks! |

| I totally didn't see that coming to bad they got disqualified well if they didn't the rules would have been messed up. Good anime, but personally I would of preferred either an overhead or side view of them actually swimming as opposed to what we got. "See you next summer" Woot! | The friendship end was pretty expected but still delivered the same impact I wanted it to. I really enjoyed this series. The characters were very likable, animation was well done for the most part, and it had a really nice OST. If they make a 2nd season, I'll definitely watch. |

| 7/10 from me. It's nothing special or groundbreaking. It did touch me emotionally at some parts but it didn't really bring out any tears like, say, any anime by Key. However, it does what it aims to do well and I appreciate that in this anime. It was a lighthearted, enjoyable watch and it was heartwarming to see the original four reunited in the end. My one disappointment is that KOU DID NOT GET WITH SAMEZUKA SWIM CAPTAIN, sobs forever. Oh and Rin's shark teeth didn't go back to normal - they've been bothering me every episode. So long for now, Free! You'll be missed. See you next summer apparently. :) |
