| I've honestly been curious as to what everybody ships for a while, and I thought that since Free! is coming to a close today, now would be a good time. If I miss your ship, I'm extremely sorry, but I just put down the ones that I see more of. Anybody who has seen my posts in the forums should probably already know who I mainly ship *coughs*Makoto and Haru *coughs* But I'd like to see everybody else's opinions! |

| I can see a lot of ships being cute and understandable. I personally shipped Haru x Rin, Nagisa x Rei, and Makoto x Myself (I loved that dude), but really the only two people I was rooting for every episode to get some screen time together were Gou and Seijuro. If there is a season 2 I may watch it just to see it happen because the anime has been hinting at his little crush on her every time they interact. I also really liked Pizza Delivery Guy/Childhood Swim Captain x Swim Club Advisor/Swimsuit Model. I am kind of hoping that happens if there's a season 2 as well. |

| HaruRin is my fav. I also like MakoRin because even though they don't have a lot of canon moments the dynamic has a lot of potential! It's a pretty tropey but enjoyable dynamic. haha. Nagisa/Rei, Mikoshiba/Gou are also good. I crack ship Rin/Nitori and Rin/Gou. Yandere and brocon. |

Yesterday I was at a doujinshi shop in Ikebukuro and there was a guy there with his girlfriend and they were talking about the show, then he put his fingers on Haru and Makoto on a cover of an all chara doujin (they weren't even standing next to each other on the cover) and told her "These two are way too much like a couple, they gotta be together." I was so amused ^^ even random Japanese guys think they are married XD |

| I like Reigisa, Makoharu, Rintori and Mikoshiba/Gou best, which I assume is a common set of pairings to keep. A lot of other Free pairs are very good too though, I can enjoy a Makoto/Nagisa, a Makoto/Rin or a Nagisa/Haruka. Mio/Ritsu and Sakura/Aoi are both excellent pairs too. |

| Makoharu is really sweet and it's my favorite. But it was REALLY hard to choose between that and Reigisa. They're just so adorable! I also ship Rintori and Gou x Captain. I think I have a problem. |

| I thought after the series I could tell but I'm still torn between Haru x Rin and Haru x Makoto (I suppose the seme/uke order doesn't matter in the poll). When there was the 30 seconds CM, I was rooting for the former, then I started liking the latter... But with the last few episodes, I might go for RinHaru after all. I'm not a fan of supporting pairings of two characters who hate each other or anything like that, so I've been unsure... But while Haruka does treasure Makoto a lot, Rin having such an influence on him (vice versa as well, of course) was very evident during the last few episodes (especially the very last one), so it's hard to decide... |
