| Via a new official website, it was revealed that the action game "Bayonetta" will be adapted into an anime movie. The movie, named "Bayonetta: Bloody Fate", lasts 89 minutes and will premiere on November 23rd. It is made by Gonzo and directed by Kizaki Fuminori. The game is a single-player, third-person 3D action game that centers around the titular character Bayonetta who uses pistols and magic to eliminate enemies and monsters. It was released on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in Japan in October 2009 and overseas in January 2010. | I haven't played the game, but GONZO's reputation for adaptations makes me feel rather skeptical about this. Oh well. An extra anime movie won't hurt me. Hopefully. |

| I'll probably give it a try. Weird that they only announced it two months before release. I expect it to suck, but that's because I haven't seen a good video game adaptation yet, be it anime or live-action. Regardless, when it does happen, I'm not gonna miss it. |
