Who can blame that guy, everone loves Misaka

Would be nice if they didn't mute what he said.

What a nice episode. :D Had a nice amount of humor in it for a change.

Anyways, I found this episode entertaining, with some action, pretty funny gags and, again, fanservice. Much better than last one, imo. Oh and Misaka headbutt > Index bite, haha. :D

So who do you think the girl in the preview, next to Accelerator, is ? Looks like a younger version of Mikoto, maybe she's one of her clones ?

Misaka going on a fake (?) date with Touma was really enjoyable. And Accelerator is back on next episode, wouldn't be a surprise if he become an ally too.

Why was Touma calling Index using his right arm, when that's his weapon? That was just plain stupid. Okay for an filler episode, could have been better. At least there was a fight.

Filler episode? This is an episode based on novels and exists to show what Misaka feels for Touma (she acted towards him in the same manner as the Inca-man) and let her hear what he promised to the Inca-man.

There is NOTHING marking it as a filler.

From what I can gather, the very way the novels are set up can make this episode a 'filler' episode. To Aru Majutsu no Index isn't necessarily about the character Index, so episodes that seem to shift focus from her may seem filler.

Even if this were filler (it's not), I would have still thoroughly enjoyed it given the amount of Mikoto-love! Must have watched this episode 4 times already and Mikoto's deredere is just too awesome for words...

Pretty decent episode; the fake date poked a couple laughs or so out of me. I liked that Index's knowledge was useful in this episode, if even just barely.



That's certainly the vibe, since nothing has focused on her since the first episodes.

(That's based off Index's depicted age, and not whatever 1000 years she's lived or whatever cliche may be present)

main reason to liking this episode, misaka.

seriously, the pacing so far in the series was too slow or too fast, but this episode went completely fast compared to the previous arcs. i like how touma actually has some action than having to always use imagine breaker and automatically win. also the fact that the episode didnt end up with touma in the hospital and index biting him in the head (though it was added in the beginning of the episode)

still, the pacing isnt great for this series so far. with this quick paced episode, im guessing the next episodes up until ep23 will be really fast paced to cram a lot of material, then a 2 episode ending or some sort.
