Thanks for mentioning Ibitsu - to my surprise, I haven't seen that one yet and I've read it through yesterday. It was good - not the exact kind of horror I would normally chouse, but it hit my spot for psycho killer genere. :)

Mine would be Corpse party and Ibitsu.Although my the most favourite manga is Berserk, I don´t really feel it is much of a horror (especially the new chapters).:)

Definitely Ibitsu and while i liked Corpse Party, I found the game much more creepy with the surround sound it had

If I'd finished reading Higurashi, that's probably what I'd say (since the anime is one of my favourites).
If I could pick just one of Junji Ito's manga, that's probably what I'd say, but they're all too good.
So Ibitsu! It has everything a horror manga should. I loved every second of it!

Ah, Ibitsu, that manga scared the shit out of me. I've never felt anything like that while reading before. It's creepy and truly gruesome, I love it.

I actually haven't read many horrormanga but I'll definitely read Junjis Ito's manga as soon as I have time.

Another manga I like is goth. It's weird but still fascinating.

Everything by Junji Ito. My first manga by him was Tomie. I also like Zekkyou Gakkyuu and Collapse of the world as we know it manhua.

GOTH, not just a personal fave but also sinister and disturbing. It left me wanting for more. :) But some that really stuck on me are - Biomeat and Parasyte. ^_^ Grrr. Biomeat up till now thrills me everytime I think of it. :D One thing for sure, those were the times of good horror manga. Hmmm mmmm.

Another unoriginal bitch who loves Uzumaki. I love (almost) all of Ito's stuff but Uzumaki is definitely my favorite although Tomie really screwed with head too. I was pretty underwhelmed by Ibitsu actually. It just felt a little too conventional for me. Creepy artwork though.

Surprised no one's mentioned Battle Royale and Gantz in here. They're a couple of my favs (Litchi Hikari Club is an honorable mention too).

I think Battle Royale is my fav cause it's got Shonen-y moments with martial arts and stuff along with the gratuitous body dismemberment and brains being blown out. It's like the RE4 of horror manga lol

I don't know what particularly qualifies as horror, but Ode to Kirihito is pretty good. I also like Homunculus, but again I don't know if that qualifies. Dorohedoro also!

Imawa no Kuni no Alice. It had a great plot and was a rollercoaster of emotions.

The horror manga I've read can be counted on the fingers, but my favorite is Bastard (Manhwa). Tbh I started to be interested in this genre because a few weeks ago I finished Best of best: Ito junji.
