I definitely miss these here: 5 centimeters per second (!!!) Haibane Renmei Neon Genesis Evangelion Wolf's Rain And these insidious bastards make you laugh at first; when you finish you feel like shit (they're great anime's nevertheless): Honey and Clover (both series) Toradora! |

Ikki Tousen Yes it was plot holed like nobodies business, but it was the first time I ever encountered p.a.d. I was blind sided. It was long, and when I finally grasped the story line and the screwed up life Ryofu had was clenching my heart it ended with a question that dealt with the very near future ( like in 5 minutes after what it shows you the whole story could change) Yes that show screwed me up good i didnt know what to do. Nothing beats that first time. "Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail." ~Ralph Waldo Emerson US essayist & poet (1803 - 1882) |

School days, Clannad: afterstory, Air, Code Geass R2, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Rurouni Kenshin: Seisouhen. Last episodes of "ef tales of memories" were rather sad too. I guess I could recall moar, but that's enough .. |

Cowboy Bebop was the first one for me. Evangelion and Welcome to the NHK to a lesser degree. Gantz left me scarred for a week. |

Clannad After Story NANA Ga-Rei Zero Why in this world are the people most capable of opposing the Titans the only ones given the privilege of avoiding them entirely? How do you think it got to be such a farce? Maybe it's just human nature? Point is, I can't even pretend to be stupid enough to play soldier in this insane world. |

There are quite alot out there and even though I might get sad about it I cant help but want to watch more anime. I just tend to lose track of the names which is why Im glad this website even exists.. |

It's quite rare for me to come away from an Anime without feeling some sort of Post Anime Depression but the worst ones by far have been: Angel Beats!: It's just impossible for me to get thru the graduation ceremony without breaking down into tears no matter how many times i watch it. Clannad (the movie): By taking us from such tragedy to such a beautiful reunion at it's end touched me so very deeply. Fate/Stay Night: Why did he let her destroy it??? I still don't understand why! Grave of the Fireflies: I cried for hours after the end of this film, and felt despair for humanity for several days afterwards. I love it dearly but it's so damn tragic that i refuse to watch it alone any more. Lucky Star: Strangely... . I suppose it's cause they're just such colourful characters and it's a school life i largely missed out on that i'm always left feeling hollow after this Anime is over and it's ending is done so very well that it feels like a proper goodbye, which is always a sad thing. There are lots of others as i've said but i think those are the main ones (or at least they're the ones that have popped to my mind right now). |
