My favorite character by far was Ken. But I want your opinion. Who was your favorite???

Hmmm, this is a toughy since there are so many good characters.
I think I like Matt a lot, he's progressed his way into my heart with his harmonica and rock band. haha
Him and Tai are just snazzy though, no matter which season.

The love for Kairi and T.K. came through strong from season 01.
Ken is such a good character though, I like how he didn't start off like the rest of the happy-go-lucky crew.

To this day when I see similar buildings I still think of the dark towers. xD

My favorite character was always TK, not that I'm a fanboy or anything, I just have and connection with him

It would have to be either Ken or Davis. I'm not sure who I like the most.

Digimon Kaiser! (AKA Ken)

Definitely Davis. He's so similar and yet different than Tai, but overall seems well done. And Veemon is awesome too.

Izzy in the first season, Ken in the second. I unabashedly admit that the end of Ken's arc made me cry.

Takeru (TK) in both seasons! I absolutely adore him~ His Digimon, Patamon, also happens to be my favorite digimon :3

Davis and Ken

First season, my favorite was Matt. Second, definitely Ken, although I love Davis as well.

I've been rewatching the seasons and I think it's funny how little I understood the characters when I was younger. I have a better appreciation for Sora, for example. She has such a strong sense of duty, but at the same time belittles herself so much when things go wrong. As for Matt, he starts as an antisocial guy with a lot of heart who just has serious issues with self-expression. I feel like he stuck up for everyone the most, but usually when doing so he just came off as a jerk. By season two he seems to have become much more laidback and is better at expressing himself.

Really all of the characters are great. Because it's a kid's show with a lot of flaws (a LOT of flaws), it's easy to think the characters are pretty black and white. But they all are actually pretty deep with a lot of personality, and everyone has their own issues. It's really hard to pick favorites, but I'm always happiest during episodes about Ken or Matt. Although no one makes me laugh like Davis...Every word out of his mouth is obnoxious, and sometimes I wonder why he was picked as the leader instead of TK... XD

Tai for the first season, both when I was younger and now(Despite having more in common with Matt). In the second season, when I was younger I liked Davis the best but rewatching it now he's sort of like the group clown. Kinda sucks that even when he gets serious the team still treats him like crap for the most part. Now that I've watched it while being older, Ken got a lot of development and was the most interesting character. Another character I liked consistently through both seasons was Kari.

Something I wonder though. Does anyone like Yolei? Like at all? I seriously can't stand her and she's had next to no character development. I mean Cody, was pretty judgmental which got on my nerves for a bit but he eventually got over it. How did she end up with Ken?
