| The episode was good! I liked it! Shed some more light on Rin's background! It was really sad to hear his story, pretty dramatic especially when he said that he's father couldn't achieve his goal because of him! Kinda makes you wonder if Rin feels responsible for his father not being able to realise his dream! >_> But the way he treated Haru?!!!! The hell was that??? (⋆ˋ⑉̈ˊ)൭൭⁼³₌₃ Rin!!! You ungrateful person!!! I really didn't like the way he behaved....to me it seems like he totally used Haru for his own selfish reasons - aka to move on after winning against Haru! This is just not right! I don't like that! I bet he's been pestering Haru over and over again if he had actually lost just to make Haru race him until he finally wins! Of course, I'm not denying Rin's hard work! ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ From that point of you, I do agree with his victory but his attitude is so (◣_◢) AAhhh!!! It's seriously pissing me off!!! PS: I hope he does have a good reason for being such a douche!!!! |

| *Dramatic dubstep intensifies* Gosh that swimming was actually way more tense than I would've thought. That anime could actually be excellent if it focused more on the sports aspect. Anyway, a bit of insight on Rin's motivations is very welcome: that dream sequence was on point. And lol Nitori, it's way too obvious you want the D. Goddamit, Rin. We know you won, but don't be such a jerk about it. Haru is broken, now. |

Actually, at the end, when he called Haru's name, I thought that he would show that he put the past behind and he would give Haru his hand, to help him get out of the pool. No such luck, I guess. Naive me. |

| Ooookay, Rin is damn childish. I really don't like Haru. He has no personality at all. And I personally find it very boring how some characters are always the best without even giving much effort. Like Haru, who haven't race for couple of years. He's been just swimming normally and enjoying the water itself. But Rin has been studying a lot but still can barely defeat Haru. I know some people have a natural gift, but in this show it's boring. |

| So, Rin's father died the same time when that grandpa, who makoto liked so much drowned in a storm, right? This competition is cheated. Haru had like... second possition and he doesn't go to the finals, and before they had said thet 8 best times passes. |

| Compared to the previous episode, this is much more interesting and engaging: we know the motivations of Rin in beating Haru and the atmosphere before the start of the tournament is great to create the right pathos. But I did not like the ending, they could avoid the one at the end of the race between Rin and Haru, oh well! |

| Gou sure is a very capable manager. Probably my favorite character so far. Good episode overall. Rin received the background information he so much needed and although I find his fixation for Haru rather... excessive, I can understand his motivation at some point. |
