Looking for specific ecchi or romance anime.

I've grown tired of the usual Ecchi/Romance anime where the male protagonist is too afraid to take it a step further from friendship with a girl.

I'm looking for any ecchi or romance (Can be both or just one), where the male ends up dating a girl at some point during the series.

I can never seem to find any.
