My only problem is that the serious episodes make the funny episodes look bad, even though they were ok.. I really think there should have been more story/serious episodes. |

| That episode kept me hooked the entire time... It was nice having a "serious" episode that stayed serious, and focused on the actual plot. And yesss, Faye went back :'D Though perhaps only 'cause Julia wanted that message passed on to Spike... |

| Vicious sure did live up to his name near the end of the episode, that little massacre was brutal. O_o Anyway., Julia & Spike at the end leaves that huge cliffhanger., and it seems we're one episode away from the end. :< This anime is a classic. |

| This is it, the episode/arc that rivals The Ballad of Fallen Angels in greatness. Julia was the one who shot Spike in the past as the only way out of certain death. Also, it seems that Julia was with Vicious in the beginning and that Spike met her while in the syndicate. The way the current arc goes, side by side with the past unveiling itself is pure brilliance. Vicious took out the elders and claimed the leader position for himself and he will most certainly want to tie the lose ends, Julia and Spike. Great interactions between all the characters, even more phenomenal dialogue and mad action scenes, To Be Continued |

| Much of the episode felt like setup for the grand finale, but it was nonetheless pretty great. Even more backstory for Spike was revealed, it ended on some bombastic action sequences that completely destroys anything else in the series on pure scale, and it ends on a cliffhanger too. Here's hoping that the final episode is a truly brilliant conclusion. 9/10 |
| This episode was perfect , its like it was trying to pass a very dark subtle message , like a memory or something from the past that is sad , thats why it was kept a secret in the first place. Like everyone knew something big was going on but noone wanted to admit it, and now that's how you build the hype for the ending of a series in just one episode.. The writers of this show sure know what they're doing, i'll probably check other stuff from them when im finished with bebop. And ONCE again the music fits just perfectly. Dark, subtle, slow paced music while a frantic fight was going on, when spike and jet finally parted ways (?) .. Yea this is extremely great ~on to the last ep~ |
| its a split, i loved this series because of its episodic nature and its almost none serious tones, but this episode was amazing for the exact opposite, story plot and serious levels through the roof, cliffhanger just to top it off too xD |

| Amazing episode! After delaying for 3 weeks, i'm finally back to finish the last two episodes! Great start, very dark and serious. I really wish the whole series was dark instead of the first few episodes dark and the rest of the middle just happy go lucky light stuff. I also thought it was Lin at first, but it was his brother Shin, shame we didn't get to know Lin and Spike and how they were buddies and all. Finally Julia appears!! It seems she knows Faye Valentine all too well, i wonder why? Was she monitoring them from afar away? Man i thought Vicious was really going to die, but i know he's too good for that. It seems the syndicate power is now left to his hands unless Spike stops him once and for all. I have to wonder if Julia and Vicoious will be killed in the last episode :( Finally they showed the cut papers and how it reflected the opening and ending scene of the series. Last episode! Can't wait for the finale! |
