I thought we could use a thread to discuss episodes as they are aired!

So... what do you guys thing about the first 3 episodes so far :D?
Someone said that the animation is not so good as the first 3 seasons,
and I agree...

I have no problem with the animation, it is on par with the first two seasons. Not as good as the OVA but that's understandable.
I'm enjoying the show immensely and I have to say that Yumi has changed greatly from constantly angsty and insecure en bouton to true Rose material. The things I am most looking forward to is the Taming of Touko and then the next trio of Roses.
I do think that Kanako's story was rushed though. I mean fricking hell, your dad having a baby with your senpai, surely things can't get resolved that quickly.

Yeah, kinda agree with that... maybe they should've slowed down with Kanako a bit.
Yumi did change a lot, but I still can't see her as Onee-sama of someone,
let alone a Rose...
the next episodes are probably gonna be what you called "The Taming" lol,
and I can't wait to see that as well :D

But dunno about Yoshino... who's gonna be her Petite soeur?

I'm pretty sure the next episode is going to semi-answer that question ;D

But so farI'm really liking this season. I think the animation is definitely better than the first two seasons, and close enough to the third season. I also agree about the whole Kanako thing being a bit rushed, but hopefully that'll leave more time for other important scenes in the future. All I can say is, so far so good!

I know I'm still a newbie when it comes to MariMite, but isn't that where the story is headed, that Yumi will eventually become Lillian's Rose Chinensis? I mean, someone has to take over when Sachiko graduates. Granted it does sound a tad far fetched, given how things began with her, but I believe it's likely that Yumi will evolve into the role she seems destined for. And while Touko is just as unlikely to become Yumi's petite soeur, she also appears destined for that role as well.

It's just that both of them are not yet ready for it (at least in my opinion),
but that's what this season's for, so they can grow up a bit :D

Yeah... It'd be better if Sei had more screen time :D

True! Maybe we can write an angry mail to the director, saying that she needs way more screen time :P?

heh, don't think it'll work, 'couse author wrote that... -_- but I've read somewhere that there must be an explanation of the Sei's trip to Italy ^^ so maybe it'll be episode all 'bout Sei ^_^

Btw Kanako and Touko were cute together... who'd say they hated each other :P?
