| I think it is more that the 131th vampire is not a part of the power structure. The 12 have divided the world & imprisoned the 13th to preserve the status quo. He escaped and is seeking to bring down his oppressors. I am looking forward to the rest. |

| Well, I guess that's that. And yes, this is a prequel. They are in charge of protecting her now which I'm assuming will expand into the sequel to tell the story. 5/10 to this manga. |
