I see a lot of FT hate and one piece circlejerk whenever shounen is discussed on this site, so Its nice to see others that love FT and personally I'm very happy they are going to continue the show!

Ah, yes. I misread. My apologies to jmal. You're correct in that the anime had low ratings, but the manga sales are a success.

I wonder how long people would put up with this.

thats not it, fairy tail was on its 7th year anniversary aka the magic number 7 so he did two 3 week chapters while providing good news for anime fans,
on the other note i cant freaking wait for the anime to be back XD

fairy tail is mostly comedy, its not serious but its a good watch, until after the time skip then it kind of wtf... in-between there but it was the same thing with me, i watched naruto and started to get tired of it, and started watching fairy tail, naruto might be a better plot but i like fairy tail more then i did naruto, probably because i was getting tired of it and its fillers

By "restart" I thought they'd pull a Brotherhood on us :P Isn't it better to change it to "resume" instead? But no other details are disclosed yet....so I'm waiting for that since I'm not really fond of the current anime.

Btw, where is my Rave remake!?? I thought it would be that for sure since the FT x Rave OVA is coming up .___.

Figured they also put Restart instead of Resume, that's why I'm waiting for other details to come up. :) It's just most people here already assumed it would be a continuation for the first one.

if your talking about japan fairy tail is more popular then the bleach anime, lots of people watched both of them but the problem was the fillers, bleach is mostly made out of fillers, and americans might have love/like the filler but the japanese disliked/hated them, over there its all really about short anime (unless its one piece or 5 min animes) idkw but thats just how it is

well all you need to know is that Natsu beats the antagonist of each arc with a random power up or a Nakama punch, there I just spoiled it the whole series for you, but the last arc is incomplete though.
