Do you guys now more of these types of anime. I really liked the anime working and I really liked this anime so far. So a bit more work related slice of life anime, or a anime with mature people in it ?

Short?
Shoulder length hair?
Glasses?
Big boobs?
Strong worker?
Slight ditz?

I think I'm in love.

Do you know more of these types of anime, I already watched Working and I could't find any anime that was close to that except this anime.

:O . A SoL/Comedy that doesn't take place in highschool or have loli characters!? I'm down. Pretty good first episode, I like the characters so far. I especially liked Chihaya(despite being outside of the main trio), can't wait to see more of her character developed.

I started watching this expecting to dislike the protagonist, and therefore the series (as immature as this is, my political views and personal experiences with bureaucrats may have contributed to that). I kinda expected her to be this idealistic hyper-motivated do-goody-goody public service mascot, but the fact that she has both a violent streak and a self-hating streak made her a bit more interesting for me (the story about her overlong name did kinda stretch my suspension of disbelief though). Hasebe is just as funny as I expected him to be, while the other characters... they're alright I guess, too early to judge really. I suppose I'll stick around for a bit. The only thing that's certain for me at this point is that I gotta check out Working!! 3/5

Definitely following this anime!

Three Generations in Civil Service, right? Hasebe-kun. I think it was your dad who screwed up poor Lucy's name. :D

Comparisons with Working!! non-withstanding, it's always good to mention: it's not with high-schoolers!!! xD Always good to see anime with the twenty-something.

I got really hyped at this first episode guys, I had not heard about it before, watched the episode randomly and this was such a great surprise... It can become the greatest anime of this season for me if it keep it up, let's see.

This was pretty boring. I like the adult setting but they aren't doing much with it besides a few gags. Doubt I'll continue watching it; too many other titles this season.

I'm not surprised this is from the same original creator of "Working!!". It certainly has that sort of atmosphere; it's too bad that's over.

As someone who has worked behind the desk doing clerical duties, I can relate to pretty much everything Yamagami has to go through...including a long name, which I have to abbreviate on name tags and some documents; at least it's not so absurdly long as her's, thank goodness...

The only thing I don't get is why she didn't legally change her name after she became an adult at which point, didn't need to get her parent's approval for anything anymore.

I'm guessing it's one of Hasabe's relatives that let Yamagami's name go through, since he mentioned he's from a family of civil service workers. Although he can do his job properly if he tries, he still deserves a beating from Yamagami for being a flake. Also, what he does regularly can be considered as sexual harassment by asking women for their personal information (emails and phone numbers).

I think this episode was pretty interesting to start the show off :D I liked the Opening! It was an interesting way to animate it!

As expected of an adaptation from working!! author
The opening is so catchy, like it
It was fun and lighthearted, the comedy is pretty good I guess but not as good as working imo. Maybe because of the fast pacing?
But I'll keep my hopes up, because show like this tends to grow more and more enjoyable the longer you watch it
Not used to the characters yet, but I envy Hasebe for some reasons lol
So far it doesn't disappoint

The humour is definitely not for everyone, but personally I loved it. Everyone seemed to have seriously flawed personalities and misguided motivations.

And yes, it is quite like Working!, but that's to be expected, considering they're by the same mangaka.

This was such a hassle to watch, bored the living shit out of me. Maybe being set in a working environment is too 'mature' for me but god damn was it a drag.

Comedy is a miss, I enjoy a good comedy but it was just weak here. Sorry but dropped at episode 1, not even going to bother with the three episode rule.

When I heard the opening song, I knew I would fall in love with this anime. It is amazing! And the main female is called Lucy!!! My favorite character is Lucy Heartfilia - Fairy Tail so I already have a strangely good feeling about it. Don't tell me, this is a Fariy Tail reference? I mean in the list of children name, Reina(Rave Master) was also there along with Lucy so I have a feeling that the mangaka really likes Hiro Mashima's works.

She has a great reason to start working xD That sudden personality change hooked me up. Reminds me of Ebina Hina(Oregairu) not only with looks but also with the personality change. I underestimated both of them but they proved me wrong and became my favorite characters from the respective series.

I like Megumi. So laid back and emotionless xD Yamagami does not like telling her first name xD The male lead is also good. He is funny and refreshing.

xD Lol, she left as soon as the bells rang, haha. She is the best suited for this job!

9/10. I am looking forward to next episodes!

It was horribly dull. Setting is interesting, we don't see much comedy anime with adults and in office at that but it's completely wasted on this series. Jokes were mediocre at best and really uninspired. It feels like being written based on 'Humor for Dummies'... I didn't expect much since Working! manga isn't really that good, it's the first season of anime which made it shine, but it was even worse than I could imagine.

From the moment I saw the picture on here and read the synopsis, I definitely felt a Working!! vibe. Glad others felt it too. The art is similar and the whole normal setting (but not so normal setting for a anime imo) with strange characters for such a place, is what really hit me.

I like the characters so far and I know this is slightly unrelated, but I really hope we get 2 characters that could be introduced later that might measure up to Satou and Souma from Working!! because imo, those two really made that show. Heck it would be even more hilarious if this was set in the same universe (and city for that matter) and Satou quit his job as a chef to become a civil servant... lol. That's how much of a vibe I get from this show.

EDIT: Oh well no wonder most people felt that vibe... just read some other comments and looked it up. I didn't think that it was really by the same author of Working!! In that case, I really do hope Satou shows up, if not as an employee, maybe a person who shows up for unemployment or something. I would be laughing pretty hard at that one.

Overall, looking forward to nest ep.
The Art of Shipping is no mere game. It can be small skirmishes to huge nation size wars.
Of course some will claim their ship is the BATTLESHIP but they all do. This is why battles occur because of factions fighting each other to justify their favourite ship.
And thus SHIP to SHIP combat occurs almost anytime even now.
Beware, Threading into the Shipping battlefield will be bloody.... What are you waiting for?

OP felt like a mix of Bakemonogatari + Working while the rest gives the same feeling as Working (makes sense since they're from the same author). This shouldn't be bad since you'll just have to watch it once a week. Might be boring if someone wait until this is over then marathon it tho.

I can relate very well with Lucy having such a long name since I'm on the same boat, it sucks ._.
