Alright, people. Every episode of Oregairu contained a special monologue of Hachiman.
So let's see which one you liked best and why!

If you want to re-read the entire monologue, feel free to visit my blog where I've written all of them down: Hikigaya Hachiman's monologues

I voted for episode 8's monologue, especially this part -

"It's impossible for it to always be the individual's fault. Plenty of times it's society, the world, your surroundings, or someone else that's mistaken. By saying that "you can change yourself", you're conforming to that trashy, indifferent, and cold world. You're admitting you lost to it and becoming its slave. You're only dressing it up in pretty words and deceiving everyone, including yourself."

It's ironic because American society is full of the "Be yourself" and "You're ok exactly how you are" attitude, yet the reality couldn't be further away in terms of social acceptance.

I voted for episode 5 (I hate girls) because its the first one that really struck me has genius and made me bump Hachiman into my fav characters list. Also, I could relate to it so it made it even more special.

If I could pick another one it would be episode 8 or 9.

My personal favorite is "I hate myself"

Hachiman clearly and strictly reflects upon himself and admits his fault. He was unfair to Yukino by failing to to accept her the way she truly is. He failed to live by his own standards.
So knowing his feelings of disappointment are wrong, he hates himself for it.

I can't say it often enough: That monologue is damn romantic...

Ep.8, the one about becoming the god of new world. In my opinion, it is one of the deepest philosophical monologues it the series. And it's absolutely true, which is the most important.
8man is just too great.

Definitely ep.12's monologue for me. It is both a brilliant solution and a huge foundation for/solidification of Hachiman's development.
The nice girls monologue doesn't lag behind, either. This guy is just something else.

That speech had gone completely according to plan, Hayama's intervention included. He let Hachiman say everything that needed to be said (I think he was only missing a word or half a word).
Hayama grabbing Hachiman only fulfilled the purpose of intensifiying the "Hachiman is the bad guy" impression.

Season 2 episode 1 (actualy volume 7 prologue)

Gozu Tennou is the enshrined deity of Yasaka Shrine. Gozu Tennou was a being that harbored calamities and the plague, a god of pestilence who was originally abhorred by many, but at the Yasaka Shrine, he is worshiped as a deity.
As for why this is, this is because of the religion of Goryou Shinkou. To put it simply, Goryou Shinkou is where the evil-accumulating god of pestilence is worshiped as a “deceased spirit”, and by appeasing this god, one can avoid from being cursed. Through worship and appeasement, they can shield themselves against calamities.
They loathe, they persecute out of fear, and they hate. While that lasts all year long, they are also worshiped at the same time. In this country, vengeful spirits and detested things become gods. In fact, Sugawara no Michizane was feared as a vengeful spirit and eventually became a figure of worship.
In other words, those who are shunned are the ones who are closest to the gods, and if we shift this perspective around, can we not consider them as proof of those who have surpassed the human realm?
I see, so I was a god after all.....

Episode 13, really struck with me...Although a lot of people might not see it, this is a priceless bit of psychological advice.

"You could call it a valuable experience to not experience something everyone else does"

Think about it for a bit. This quote is one of my favorites definitely :D

Well, the question is about what your FAVORITE one is.
There were 13 monologues. Even if you found each and every one of them awesome, surely you liked some of them more than the others, right?
An option such as "I like them all" has no statistical value. It won't help determine the monologue that's most popular (in this comunity), which I'm a bit curious about.

Although his "Let me show you how to really change the world" monologue gave me the chills because it showed his determination, I voted for the "I hate myself" monologue.

I found that one to be the most bitterly romantic and the one I identify with.

Well even though i was joking a bit, i find it really hard to choose between his monologue because most of them have some deeper meaning behind them. Or i am just bad when comes to choosing among some very good choices. For now, i would give preference to monologues in ep4,5,11 and 12 than the others.

I find all of Hachiman's monologues great. I feel I don't agree with them generally, but understanding his personality and point of view is an interesting activity for me.

I choose the monologue of episode 1. I've only studied a few, but this monologue seems to be the deepest. On a first impression, it seemed to show Hachiman's anger at people who adhere to the youth mould. Upon further reading, it also demonstrates Hachiman's good side as well.

Episode 13s monologue. Because many people are usually like "You should have been there, it was awesome." While I also enjoyed myself doing something else :3

Episode 12, 8 and 5s are also up there for me.

My favorite is actually not on the list.

when prompted to provide a suggestion for the cultural festival slogan:
"人 ~ look closely and one of them is slacking off: a cultural festival"

When asked to explain:
"Well you know how people say the character for humanity 人 is an ideogram of people supporting one another? Well one is clearly lying on top of the other. I think the concept of humanity includes the assumption that one gets exploited by the other."

he then goes on to say how he feels it is an appropriate slogan for this festival committee. a close second favorite comes in episode 12. The little monologue he uses to break Sagami's spirit.

"thats where you're wrong. We are both members of the lowest stratum of society. I mean think about it. I barely know you, yet i was the first to find you. Logically speaking, doesn't that just mean no one was really looking that hard for you in the first place? Now you understand don't you? how little you're actually worth to them?"

that one really worked especially with the change in Sagami's expression towards the end. The animators did a fantastic job portraying the face of an absolutely crushed individual.

And the third:
"They say, 'If you change yourself you can change the world.' but thats not true at all. When people judge someone it becomes a fixed idea, an impression that lasts. A loner is forced to stay a loner forever, and any effort you make to stand out from the crowd will only be used against you as fodder for criticism. Those are the rotten rules of the Kingdom of Children."

This one hit home with me the hardest due to my personal experiences. The only reasons this one didn't make first was because it didn't come as a shock since i already thought this way, and it also isn't the most profound of his observations on society. A personal gripe with this one is that he says "...the kingdom of children." at the end. Sadly this applies to the adult world as well, or rather society as a whole. I would go so far as to say, not only is one pressured to "stay" within the impression, but even if that impression is false one is eventually pressured into becoming that which they are accused of being. For example someone who is falsely accused of being a violent individual. more often than not one such person is naturally tame, it is simply the pressure put on them by others who accuse them of being violent and their constant ridicule which eventually stresses them to a point of lashing out in violence.
