| I am not sure whether Nana is Kazuyas sister and thus her surname is Ruyzaki or is she Prof. Izumis daugther/grandaugther and consequently her surname is Izumi...Does anybody know? |

| I realize this is extremely late but whatever. No, he is not her blood sister. Nana refers to him as a brother because they were somewhat raised together. Hence in the dub, they are more or less made out to be blood relatives (which makes for some episodes being kind of strange). |
