Here are some incredible manga artists I admire.

Ryoichi Ikegami: I like his style that pay attention to details. He mostly draw violent gangster manga like Crying Freeman.

Kazuo Umezu: One of the most famous horror manga artists.

Tetsuo Hara: You are not a man until you have read Fist of the North Star XD.

So what are your favorite mangakas?

Oh! Great, the mangaka of Air Gear, is definitely my favorite artist. I like his style and he pays attention to details. Not to mention the great fanservice in that series. Well sometimes a manga page seems so stuffed, but still, he's a really great artist.

Takeshi Obata is a great artist too, and I like his style so much, but sometimes I just really find some manga pages messy.

Am I the only one who thinks they look like white people?

I love Takeshi Obata:

And I really appreciate how far Akihisa Ikeda has improved:

^ I also like how the art in R+ V has improved.
I haven't read too much manga but from the ones I did I found Chrno Crusade art (by Moriyama, Daisuke) to be pretty good.

Kaoru Mori (Otoyomegatari, Emma), hands down. She gives so much attention to details in her drawings and has the unique ability to restore the atmosphere of a particular historical era (Middle East culture, Victorian period).

Takehiko Inoue is also amazing I agree. Love his Slam Dunk manga.

I like to add a few more honorable manga artists I admire.

Toshio Maeda. Known as "tentacle master" in Japan. Undoubtedly the best Hentai manga artist ever existed.

Tsukasa Hojo. City Hunter fame.

Aren't White people suppose to be "big-eyed" like the one in your avatar? Yeah. I guess you're the Only one to think Asian people in anime/manga look like Whites. XD

I am really like Sumomo Yumeka's/ Sahara Mizu's drawings, and partial towards that style.

Takarai Rihito

A majority of their works are BL though I've never read one (alright, I've read one-- Seven Days which is great) I adore their works so much.

Inoue Takehiko is my favorite manga artist by far. Love the details and realism of it; not so much Slam Dunk, but Vagabond and Real are perfect examples. Actually, seeing the difference in his Slam Dunk art and Vagabond art shows his versatility in styles, which makes me praise his art even more. :D

I really love tsutumo Nihei, read 3 volumes of biomega and the artwork is amazing. One piece artwork is rather good these days as well as HxH. Can't forget berserk either, just came out of the flashback, gotta read more!

On another note stjepan sejic, or however you spell it is really great, he isn't japanese though and works on american comic books. Same thing :P

Takehiko Inoue and Kentaro Miura are the best and from the other comments on this thread I'm not alone in thinking that. Miura is incredibly detailed with his backgrounds and main characters and the same applies to Inoue. Inoue's use of brushes instead of pens refreshing and both seem to spend great care in their panels since neither series looks rushed.

For some reason, I've always found Kubo as the best pure artist amongst the Big 3. If only he wasn't so lazy, his manga would actually be worth a lot for the art alone.

Obata is also one damn fine artist. Just take a look at these:

That's all that come to mind right now.

it's One Punch-Man : http://myanimelist.net/manga/44347/One_Punch-Man

well to tell u the truth to me it's more "comedy" manga than an action/serious manga

so don't take this manga seriously

I haven't read that many manga to really be able to judge, but from what I've read these are some of the mangaka that really struck me as being very talented.

Ikegami, Ryoichi (Sanctuary)

Yamamoto, Hideo (Homunculus, Ichi The Killer)

Miura, Kentaro (Berserk)

Asano, Inio (Solanin, Oyasumi Punpun)

Araki, Hirohiko (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure)

Some of those weren't the best examples, but I just picked ones quick. You have to see more of their work to really see how great they are.

Takehiko Inoue is unrivalled. Artistically, Vagabond is his best work.

Yuzuki N' -- Like the way that the eyes are drawn on the characters, also like that most of the characters facial layouts, which a lot of the time are fresh.

Yuuki Homura -- the comedy faces this mangaka does are just superb

Fueta Kishi -- the characters are well drawn and the figures and poses are brilliant

Jun -- under Tenma comics for the !excellent! stories and style of shading

In my opinion Tohru Fujisawa is the best, his drawings are maybe not so creative and are rather simple but his drawings are just perfect for story telling and understanding and also they are beatiful.

Oh and the Miura, Kentaro is also awesome(Berserk nuff said).
I also believe Ryou Haruto has also kinda good drawings ( ibitsu)
.Also everyone who draws shoujo manga is awesome when it comes to drawing, also the guy who made bleach is very good at drawing.
