Each chronogan is activated after the byakugan. There are two types of it: blue and red. each chronogan has 3 levels(4 including byakugan)

Red chronogan:
appearance: a byakugan with red filling on the edges. a simbol like a spiral ()
() appears above the eyes.
Pros:
can stop time for one post. when time is frozen, everyone (including the user)
cannot do anything. This gives a chance to the user to think what to do next. The user regains 3cp and heals a bit.
Cons:

Drains 8cp per post when activated. The user still has the same powers as with byakugan, minus the 360 degree vision.

Blue chronogan
Appearance: same as the red one, but with blue filling.
Pros:
Makes the time 3 times slower. that affects everyone, including the user. The user still can think at normal speed, while others can't. That gives him a chance to dodge attacks easily.
Cons: drains 10cp per post. The user maintains the powers of byakugan, minus 360 degree vision.

Surprisingly enough i really like it, and feel inspired to finally make a Byakugan system. Im eager to see the later stages, and if they follow the same recipe as the other ones. The balance between pros and cons are good, and with a little tweaking we might have managed to balance time-manipulation.. which is like, a huge thing! :D

To add an image to the post, you do this:

Wow, i never thought people that people actually read this. Well here is the next level of red chronogan.

Red chronogan II
Appearance:
the red fillings in the cornes are much bigger, leaving only a white circle in the middle.
the spiral markings are all around the eyes.
Pros:
has all previous powers + can go back in time for 1 post. The only person that retains memories is the user (sorta like Steins Reader).Everyone else must do what they did before. This gives a chance to user to avoid problems.
Cons:
Drains 20cp per post when activated. The user has no Byakugan abilities left( they come back when chronogan is turned off)

Blue chronogan II
Appearance: same as red just the fillings are blue, duh.
Pros:
all previous powers + ability to see the past. The user can see or show others the past of anything.
Cons:
Drains 12cp per post. The only power left from byakugan is seeing chakra.

This is a great idea. There's always a big difference between the two clan but I never would have thought of giving Byakugan stages too. So I really this. Keep it up. If you need anything, you can ask me, as I am a Hyuga too.

As I read this the first time, I was a bit skeptical. However, my dislike of the sharingan due to it being god mod, just add eyeballs is enough for me to give it my approval.

That's not the only reason, mind you.
Although it drains 20cp per post, rewinding time is the one I am iffy on. Figure out what your opponent is doing, reverse time, auto-dodge and counter.

Nanananana here comes level3 of red chronogan :)
Red chronogan III
Appearance:
Purple eye with red ripples( like rinnengan with red instead of black)
the spiral markings cover all the user's body.
Pros:
All previous powers + moving objects in time. E.g. you have the red chronogan and you use his power on a tree. You can make the tree very old or dead, or you can make him a seed.
Cons:
The user has byakugan abilities left. Drains 30cp per post. The user cannot deactivate the chronogan, unless the user is sleeping.

same as red version but with blue ripples(as usual :))
Pros:
All previous powers+ ability to slow time x3, excluding the user!!! Yup, to you everyone is slow.to everyone, you are damn fast.
Cons:
no byakugan abilities.Drains 30cp per post. The user cannot deactivate the chronogan, unless by sleeping.

Wow, i wouldn't have come so far if not you, readers. I thought only Psy would read this( i hope he did). Also, i'm glad Syrai has a Hyouga and wants to use this kekkei genkai as well. If admins approve this, you can have it.

Nice idea for a doujutsu, i think everyone forgets that my character has his own personal doujutsu as well, but its abilities are rarely used and at most are only useful in the sense that not everyone can figure them out.
