| I appreciate new details like the higher ups and Hannes' witnessing the fall of wall Maria even though it slowed down the pace, I wanted to see more in this episode. The armoured titan wrecked shit, the cannon balls didn't even leave a single scratch on him. I do not like Mikasa's character design, where is her cold look? I could only catch a glipse of the ending from a stream of the show, but it ended here at the end of chapter 2. | I actually appreciate them taking their time and not rushing through the beginning. The pacing seems perfectly fine to me so far. I watch my animes on animefreak.tv any1 got a faster website for subs ? Not allowed to say on MAL :/. Most people use downloads anyway, majority at least. |

| What tech level is shingeki no kyojin supposed to be? I'm guessing mid 1700s. There's steam, there's muskets, there's advance artillery with canister shot, etc. Also, armor is out of style, even for soldiers whose job is guard duty. |

| I want a gif of Mikasa punching Eren. XD Every single Emo Shounen Hero should be punched in the face, lets call it Male Bitch Slap. As for the episode why couldn't we have started with them adults already and the last episode being a flashback ? I know director is trying to depress us even more, but I wanted stuff to start rolling already. The boot camp scene should have been the beginning of the episode. Hope we don't get any more whining. Also why did they put so many civilians to live in the outer walls ? |

For now, there's just one thing I don't like about episode 2 - one too many still crowd backgrounds. |
