| The girl in the picture Ms. Hibiya keeps holding looks a lot like Minoru's sister, but its probably just me. Kind of weird how she's the one behind the picture book too. |
| Poor Chii! :( And poor Hideki too. I too have mixed feelings about the persocom business. I feel it's okay for him to feel this way about Chii because she is not only a persocom, but a Chobit, which has independant feelings. I.e., I think that's close enough to human. But it's all complicated.. |

| Motherfucking kidnapper. I'm going to kill him! :( Poor Chii, got kidnapped by some stranger who knows about Chobits. Maybe he was the one who sent the android picture of Chii to Minoru? And what's all this ruckus about interferance said by the land lady. She said she wouldn't interfere with Chii, then she apologized. :O |
| The manager got such a kickass battlestation, I'm jealous. Seems like the plot is finally heading places, not that I mind the slice of life style but when they hinted at the Chobits so early I was expecting things to happen sooner. |

| Damn Chi got kidnapped, to the information that is given I suspect that the person who kidnapped Chi is the poster of that image we saw way back about chi's probable past. The managers PC chambers was top notch amazing it seems she can't do anything because a promise to her passed husband but well she might be useful for the future at least she knows where Chi is located. Also the two new characters appeared for a small scene and also know where Chi is but didn't acted upon it as of yet. Quite interesting episode, lets see what's next, the story is getting quite good! |

| I forgot to mention this earlier. Minoru makes a persocom exactly like his deceased sister... okay, I get that, he misses her. But he then dresses her in a maid outfit and makes her serve him. Does no-one else find that part really weird? Poor Chi. She's so sweet. My impression of this Yoshiyuki is that he's not some kind of bad guy, he's just like... some kind of hardcore persocom geek who couldn't resist the chance to check out one of the legendary Chobits. But maybe he's more than that. -shrugs- The preview was interesting. Ueda with a persocom that looked like Yumi. Yumi said she used to have a human persocom. Ueda is a persocom? Yumi is a persocom after all? Ah, we'll see. |

| I was wondering why no one had come after Chii all this time (not including those weirdos on rooftop), because it's been a while since they declared to the whole that they more or less have a Chobit. But the kidnapper doesn't seem like he's some villian, and his Persocom Kotoko seems to be sympathetic towards Chii, so it's probably not going to get too serious. Probably. |

| That kidnapping dude seems like a nice guy... Chi'll be just fine. Of course Hideki wouldn't report her stolen to the police, this is anime we're talking about! No logical behaviour allowed! (Not that they'd be any use.... Anyone care for a Crime Reference Number?) I do think Hideki's right to be doubting his feelings for Chi. No matter how advanced her circuitry is, no matter how convincing her simulated emotions are, she's still just a robot. Its kind of messed up how she's imprinted on Hideki and thinks he is "the only one for her" when in reality he's the only one she's ever met and her view of the world is entirely based on what Hideki says is good or not good. This could have been a much, much darker anime. |

| The existence of persocoms or any other similar technology in the future will make human relationships obsolete for sure. The fact that they are 100% loyal and understanding is a win win already. Not to mention you can still have human relationships if you really want to and your AI friend/waifu will never mind. |
