| yeah i still remember this episode because of how crappy it was, it gave me the cringe. In any case most tournament episodes are actually pretty good. Akira toriyama said when he created krillin he was so tired that he simple forgot to give him a nose. His concept art went into developement then he realized "oh crap! i forgot his nose!" he said it was too late to change so he just decided to make it permanent. lol the funny thing is that this is 100% true i kid u not. |

| I enjoyed this episode even though Krillin's opponent was disgusting lol. Btw I'm pretty sure that Jackie Chan is Master Roshi and I'm very curious to see how the fight with him and Yamcha ends up but if I had to take a guess on the winner I would definitely pick Master Roshi. Looking forward to it! |

| Yup, that's why Master Roshi was absent during the preliminaries. Posing as Jackie Chun means he can test his student Goku on the world stage. The Announcer misread the 孫 in Son Goku's name as Mago and 空 as Sora, Yamcha had to step in and correct. Poor Krillin was matched with the disgusting Bacterian, but the tide was turned after Goku reminded him he has no nose lol |
