| I'm a little confused as to why Nishi would even bother going to school. I really want to hurry up and get to the next mission, but this next chapter should be pretty awesome. It seems like everyone is getting a bit of face time before the timer is up. Since the Osaka arc we have seen chapters with Kurono/Tae, Old man/Kaze/Kid, Reika/Inaba, Cherry, Kato, and now Nishi. So we might still have a HS/Kill Bill chapter after this before we get to move on. Vampires are awesome though, so I would actually like to see a chapter about them. |

| Cool character development for Nishi.... we can see he's not all talk..... I like him now. Before he just seemed like a know it all, avoiding trouble, scheming and using people so he could survive, but he actually has some balls! Can't wait to see what he would do..... but remember that he cannot use his suit and such otherwise his head's going to explode! | Call me a slow reader, but I started the manga on Jan. 1st, 2008, and I've just now caught up. Then again, I did take a 3 month break or so. But I have seen the anime...twice. ^^ I agree. I never liked Nishi before, but now it looks like he's gonna kick some ass. P.S. I would love to see Phase 2 get turned into an anime someday. :D So many great characters and aliens the anime is missing out on. |

| As much as I love this series... I have to say the author must have a really bad opinion of humanity. It's rare to find a person with even the slightest inkling of compassion in Gantz, especially ones who aren't actually participating in the battles against aliens. And hell, even 90% of the past Gantz participants have been complete selfish assholes. Not that I disagree that there's a ton of heartless people out there... but it's like no one in Gantz' Earth gives a single shit about anyone else. I can understand some of the characters though, especially those stuck fighting for their lives... but there's been incredibly few characters who actually put in a single care for anyone else, aside from a good portion of the current Gantz' team.
