Where did Core gunner came from ?

Hi everyone ! Just watched the first episode of Godannar and I have a minor question here. When Clubmariner was ripping apart G-gunner, where did Core gunner came from ? I thought Shizuru was flying the Jet boy. I am kind of confused here.
