Unbelievable, RAW comes out and less than 24hrs the subs are in. Great episode. Enjoyed progress and character progression. Nice fights and explaining of the situation.

After sub thoughts

I though I give this episode a better review after the subs. So let's go. So apparently I was surprised that Grand Chokmah was already isolated by having its ports closed. This is all because Kimlasca is already accusing and putting blame for Akzeriuth incident on Malkuth. Good start already as the party cannot enter directly but cut through a forest of the name Theor Forest. Meaning of that name? I wonder.

The best comes when Jade goes to see king Peona to have him authorize the whole group. Battle time. Largos "The Black Lion"/Synch. Fight was good to me, I mean Natalia using her arrows but Largos blocks them, Synch controls Guy and he does almost kill Luke (he did pull off a slice on Luke's face). The part that made me smile finally was when the earthquake happened and it gave off Synch so Natalia shot a arrow and it got him! Yes! Finally Synch gets damaged after all this time in time series. :D Made my day.

Luke sure got shocked from learning that the curse slot was most effective because Guy already had a hate of Luke enough to want to kill him. That part where he wanted to be left alone but Tears told him that she would protect him along with Mieu wanting to be with him was: :3 Also interesting was Ion explanation of the curse slot being able to be removed only by a Fon master since 7th Fonics cannot remove the Fonic artes is that of Daathic equivalent which only Fon masters can use. Hint, hint people about Synch being a Fon master as well.

I was more shocked to find out about Guy being a survivor of Hod and that Duke Fabre killed not only his family but relatives and servants. Makes me hate Fabre Kingdom for such a slaughter just cause of that Score thing.

Anyone has information about Guy following identity: Gailardia Galan of the house of count Gardios?

Good thing Ion healed Guy and now the curse is gone! Yay! :D

Another minor character Brigadier General Aslan Frings, I wonder if there will be any roles for him in the future?

So St-Binah is to sink and Luke is more determined than ever of repaying his sins of Akzeriuth. Ok this is stupid, Kimlasca says that princess Natalia and Luke Fon Fabre are dead when clearly it's a lie. Seriously believing in something called the score if the equivalent of following orders that no one knows for sure if they are real, the real answer is nothing is etched and for sure for the future for we all can change it but Mohs believing in his beliefs will be his downfall and of his order. I hope it will as I want him dead personally.

General Nordheim, anyone know about him? The Luke gang saving the village will be great!

The part where they enter Peona's personal grounds with his pets rappigs! Hahhahahah, he named some of them Jade/Nephry. :D Now that was funny.

Anise getting excited when guy was about to become Count again through reinstatement by Peona, I am still surprised that Hod worked for Malkuth I mean there is not much story they give us yet about Hod.

Field Marshal Govern! Then the ground cracks and the nightmare of Akzeriuth is making me feel that more deaths are coming. OMG St-Binah will really become another Akzeriuth? Cool sudden plane comes hovering? Never have seen something like this so far.

Episode 13 War starts! This going to be a major blood bath killing! Stay tuned!

Sort of a slower episode but still good. Got a glance at Guy's past and who he really is.

Good episode, though it has been a bit slower than the previous episodes.
The emperor got introduced and we got to know a bit about Guy's past.
Looking forward to the next episode !

I've really enjoyed this show. This was a slower paced episode but still well done. Only thing that is still slightly annoying for me is the character change for Luke, it is way too drastic and he should still have some selfish actions.

Nice episode, Guy's proper name is a little hard to remember @_@, but to think he used to be a count, although it didn't 100% clarify for me why he is then afraid of women O_O.

Those rappigs were so cute! I think I want one for myself.

Good thing I included some name references for future use since myself some names I do not remember, need space for University stuff. :P



I suggest you buy but the plush version if they ever make them available. Actually I want one of Mieu! :P

The Rappigs threw me off yet again, hehe.

Also also; did anyone else think this ep looked like it was done in a bit lower quality than the previous? Or have I just been watching Air's HD op too much?

Guy has received the 'Malkuth Nobleman' title.

Anyway, as Asch explained in the past, the Sepiroth that supports the Rugnican continent was destroyed, so it's not surprising that St. Binah will collapse (FYI: It's located near Engeve.) And a good amount of Guy's past as Gailardia was shown (although the cause of his female phobia is still unknown, but he'll remember it later).

Ok, it's a good episode, but a good amount of events were skipped. Check the list for some differences I noticed.



At the very least, the most important parts of these events were not skipped (Guy's past and the meeting with Peony, as well as the collapse of St. Binah), but I seriously didn't expect to see the Albiore so soon.

And Nordheim is an officer of Malkuth. Nothing too important, really.

Oh, and Hod is Malkuth Territory. In the map of Auldrant it's somewhere near Tataroo Valley.

Don't expect the reveal too soon. Guy doesn't remember why he's afraid up until the end. (but not the END end, just close) >>

I thought this episode was going to be about Ion, them fighting with Sync and the other one, but it was about Guy...
Since the begining they showed some clues about Guy not being what it seemed but i never thought he was a Count :D

About Peony, i dont know why i think about him as an antagonist at some point in the story ._.

Man, Tear is so moe in the anime. Completely different than the game where she is a TOUGH piece of woman. I am displeased that I am liking her now. :|

Bahhh I love Peony. He was great in this episode~ RAPPIGS. And uh just to point out, he is not an antagonist whatsoever... I think that needs to be cleared up.

My my Guy, so this is it. I thought it was a slow, yet nice episode, had some touching moments imo. I'm really liking this Peony character too, even if he will probably turn ebil at some point if not already, he's great so far. Yay for the Jade pig!

More man-love between Guy and Luke is always welcome in by book. :D

Ah, the rappigs. I remember that side quest in the game. Anyway, decent episode.
