What is more disturbing is the type of men whats living on that other Airantou. The very end was great, the whole show was worth watching :) |

Slightly disappointing ending, that said.. i've seen worse endings than that. Overall a decent ending to a decent show.  |

it was a very good ending in my opinion, but i agree that the all-men airantou idea is kinda disturbing overall 8/10 cause it was very funny most of it(but it could have used a little more ecchi like to love ru or something like that) i wishh for an ova |

I hate this kind of endings. Makes me feel like they stopped in the middle of the show.. nothing really got resolved. As for the show in general, it was quite watchable, not a priority though.  |

Wow, I thought the ending was ridiculous. If the men arrived on another isolated island, I don't see why they didn't just leave, obviously it's easy enough if a whole group goes with Misaki to find Ikuto. How the hell did her boat randomly end up right next to Ikuto after he surfaced anyway? Anyway, other than the ending I liked the show overall, especially the comedy, 8/10. |

well, i guess the ending was ok consedering it was left kinda open ended for a sequel. the all-male island was disturbing, but I guess it was just to answer the question of "what happened to all the males?". I just started reading the manga, and just by looking at how many chapters there are so far, it's likely and i'm hopeful that a sequel or two get released soon. good fun series, none the less. watch anime because you like it! |

Finally managed to watch ALL of the episodes in sequence for a second time, and I still like this anime a lot. Starting to read the manga. Of course, I wanted to see Suzu & Ikuto at the end, but at least THIS TIME, she decided to participate in the race for her boy. Last time, she just ran interference for Ikuto. Panako was cute, doubly so in EP 17, also Mei Mei, and Sakuya (hot springs host) voiced by Matsuoka Yuki (Yuu Fujikura from 'Princess Lover'). I would love to see a second season, but doubt it would work w/o the tension between Suzu & Ikuto. Plus, now that he has defeated the NSE&W leaders on the island, doesn't that make HIM the Grand Poohbah? Nice semi-surprise with the West Leader being the rooster, even if he does look more like a chicken. Not that you can't tell from his 'shadow' in the previous episode. |

Good anime. Bummed about no second season though. Suzu is without doubt the best girl. |

But yeah the ending was a little dry. Hopefully theres a part two cause theres way more they could do. THere is even another part with Beniyasha. The many things me and my friend say when watching animes: 1. "WHY IS THAT PENGUIN JUST STANDING THERE?!" Me and my friend watching Gintama 2. An awesome series! episode was great too. Misaki looks pretty much the same age as (If not older than) ikuto and very cute :D. I thought that when they revealed there to be two airantou's they would somehow merge the island together as one to become whole. It was funny at the end when he ended up coming back just to redo the competition. Sets the pace for a possibility of a second season but we will just have to wait and see! 8/10 |
