Nice concept
Really liked the whole mask idea
Girl was mad cute as well lol

Liked the story as well. Couln't see it lasting longer other than restarting and him trying to get to the tower but would probley be very short, anyways still liked this one shot.

i loved the story. the presentation imo was really good, and if made into a manga you already have two stories, one of the fight before hand and then the after effect.

edit: i knew the artwork was similar, its the same guy who did Double Arts. hopefully his manga doesn't get cancelled this time.

Very interesting concept. I'd like to see this redone as a full-fledged manga in the future. Especially the development of Damore and his past.

cool dystopia.
i think it worked well as a oneshot. a volume might have been okay but any more than that and it would have become too drawn out. it was very cool.

well, nice.. nothing special.. but he did create chaos.. destroyed millions of marriages.. and such.. which was cool.. to see that chaos.. sooo i think i would prefer reading the continuation of that chaos ^^

I believe a volume or two would have done this one-shot more justice, but it was still done quite nicely. The surprise twist of Domore's true identity would have been harder to hide till the end, though.

Perfect for a oneshot, as all the DETAILS aren't necessary.

I definitely loved this! The concept of striving towards a utopia was nice - but then the twist for world power was good as well. I think that Rui got defeated too easily by Damore - but meh, that was fine. I liked Oly quite a lot and Damore's character was funny. The art was simple yet beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed this manga ^__^

^ Agreed! I feel bad that I thought the only reason that he didn't wear a personant was because he was an exhibitionist... oh wait it was, since he already had the completed Arsona'! XD

Loved when Oly beat him up, and lol at Rui's appearance + relevation moment, gave me Star Wars vibes. Will check out more from this mangaka ^^But Oly mentioned that her family had seen her face, so why didn't the wife recognise her husband at the end? Although I sure just looking around they would probably notice people more attractive anyway :P

As others have mentioned this could have been pretty cool as a volume or two, but the ending was pretty perfect... 'We are living our lives by abandoning our masks.' :)

Is it just me or is something...wrong?

The story takes place when the mask has been implemented for 100 years. But...Damore was alive when his grandfather made it and apologized to him. So wouldn't that be a conflict in time? Meaning, if he was alive when his grandfather was alive, how has the mask been implemented for 100 years? How could Damore be alive for both? Or are they not regular humans?

I liked the concept of the masks. Damore's ideals was great and hilarious

i hope that it is made into a manga..
