| My reaction watching Gon: Same when i watched the old version. Thank you Madhouse for this perfect episode. Its one of best scenes of GI but they left my fav for the next episode arrrgh. |

Yeah funny you brought that up, what comes after that exchange? Killua denied defiantly that he's ever been on a date (let alone express interest in women whatsoever), and inside he's thinking all he ever really ONLY wanted was to be by Gon's side, FOREVER! With a pain expression on his face! Tearing up! (and wipe his eyes with his towel afterward to cover it up). Granted he was really down and being emotional from the prospect of leaving Gon at that moment, but that's like one of those 'geez that's kinda yaoi!" moments in the series. (and btw Gon was not just going out with girls, he was basically an escort) That's the thing, you have to take it so offensively and jump on whenever someone make a squee or joke type of reaction related to Gon and Killua shipping? Yet those are not even anywhere near as some of those gay jokes on the show's Tutorial. |
