| I don't know why people keep calling this borderline hentai. In my opinion this is real hentai. What's the difference if genitals are censored out by the edge of the screen; most hentai is censored anyway. 5/10 |
| @Khalan3, as far as I know, borderline-H is nearly H but censored. So it falls into the category. If anything, borderline-H is part of H : < Watched the anime on the way home from University, I'm quite disappointed in the animation... I think I was expecting too much from one episode. And yes, omg. I thought Emiru's voice did NOT fit her at all. On the other hand, Yuri's voice fits perfectly in my mind. |

| Have to agree that i was not expecting Emiru's voice to be that cutesy? Though she was the "perfect" imouto so maybe it isn't that unfitting. i dont like it but i'm not that against it. and im happy it wasn't turned into a hentai, if anything im disappointed with the ova. for the most part yes, it stayed true to the story but it really doesn't do the manga justice D: |

| Ugh, I couldn't stand that Kotobiki girl. Emiru, on the other hand, was awesome. I'm definitely going to start reading the manga, as it seems that she will be the one to win the guy's love in the end. |
| This was so disappointing.. after finishing the manga i got curious to see what the OVA would be like... Kido's voice actor was outright terrible. It didn't suit him one bit, and what the hell was up with the parts where hes talking in his mind. Sounded like they were recording that crap in a closet.. Emiru's VA didn't fit her at all, i was expecting someone kinda similar to Holo's VA Ami Koshimizu. Maybe a little bit more higher pitched Art style it didn't really match up to the nice style of the Manga. Kotobiki just looked like your average hentai character with insanely massive tits that look out of proportions in every scene she is. It sucked that the kotobiki arc was at the beginning because the manga is so much more interesting near the end It stayed true to the manga, while cutting out allot of content that took place inbetween. but you can't really blame them, since they had to start and wrap up half an arc in 42 minutes. Still. It was enjoyable seeing the manga in motion. Even if the animation and VA's were lacking. |

| Enjoyed the 55 minute BD. In fact it is over 55:30, almost 56 minutes and this makes it over 54 minutes before the ED, with no OP it is like 3 episodes worth animated, still a rush for 20 chapters but a nice reminder of the start of the manga. Hope we get more. Prefer and absolutely love the manga but the OVA was fun. Sounds like the BD may have fixed some issues and the added 14 minutes, sensei... and more. Anyone else think the reverb on Kido's internal monologue voice made him sound like Ledo in space helmet in Chamber? I may not be able to watch Gargantia the same way again... |
| I thought this was adapted almost perfectly to be honest. The only problem I could see is the animation, and the voice actor they chose for Emiru. Other than that, I cant see how you could hate this OVA, but love the manga. |

| Nozoki Ana is one of those mangas that is quite deep and has a great plot, but because of the subject matter, will never get made into an anime. The title of the manga itself really does it a disservice, because it's much more than a simple ecchi series. This OVA seemed to be just an animation of several ecchi scenes that occur over the course of numerous chapters, rather than a solid plot. In one way, it's nice to see the characters animated, but I think they could have done a better job. I don't mind the animation quality, it was done on a small budget. But they could have followed the story better instead of making it about hentai. I was really hoping that the ova would follow the plot arc with his first girl friend... but nope :/ Seriously though, the manga is great, and if you watched this and thought the concept could be interesting, then give the manga a read. There are ecchi scenes, but it goes much deeper than that. 7/10 |

| This is definitely good to watch right after finishing the manga. It was more of an extra than anything. It is kind of sad seeing other comments that treat this as like a standalone thing. and blast it accordingly. |

| Has anyone seen the BluRay version of it? The one I found is 30 minutes, which I assume is the standard version. I expect the 43 minute BD version is a little better, though I didn't think it was bad. It told the story of a fairly huge amount of manga in a short period of time without missing anything vital. |

| I watched this in May (forget to put in my list) and I though that it was interesting. A voyeur female is something you don't see in anime very often. It seemed pretty rushed to me. 6/10. Then I started reading the manga in July and it was so much better! I really like the story. It's a very good read. |

| As a borderline-hentai this was pretty nice, definitely enjoyed it more than most real hentai. Story was a bit stupid of course, but at least the girls were hot. 4/10 |
| Honestly I read the entire Manga and loved it so I was excited to find out they were going to make an Anime because I thought this could be a decent mature Anime series or a really good Hentai with an actual plot. Instead we got this hour long "special" that honestly I feel they didn't quite know themselves if they wanted to make it a series or a hentai and instead of going back to the drawing board they tossed it into the community like "that's the best we can do". I am sorry, but it was a poor effort, the manga deserved 100 times better than this and I can only hope someone redoes it properly in the future. |
