For me, it's more about the wannabe S&M tsunderes, it really happened during season 2 of Zero no Tsukaima. Up till then, I had been moderately interested in the characters, and in the progress of the lead relationship. However, the second season was basically just Louise beating/blasting Saito. I'm like ".........did they kiss in season 1?" I just get so tired of the increasingly improbable tsundere romances - if they really hate the guy that freaking much, just break up and stop hogging the spotlight, because almost every secondary character is more interesting than the Kugadere. They could at least find someone different to voice these roles. Another thing about the recent rise in wannabe S&M tsunderes is the total wussing-down of the male leads. Someone with no strength of personality who always gets beat down by the girl just doesn't sit well with me - I can't sympathize with that crap. |

Naru from Love Hina. Selfish, whiny, and violent for no reason whatsoever. Keitaro could've chosen so many other girls in that series, and he chooses the second most violent one (after Motoko. At least she eventually got character development). Kirie from Girls Bravo was probably the final straw for me, though. What a bitch. |

I starting really disliking them once I started Shakugan no Shana. It's mostly just the Kugimiya Rie tsunderes that I hate and some of the other really violent ones. I just hate the way they yell and scream and hit people that they are supposed to like. That's just crazy. ![]() |

always disliked them, they epitomize weakness there emotional wrecks, what's more they make the guy there supposed to like seem more powerful because they give the sense of conquest by refusing then surrendering, if you've ever played a board game you'd know victory is always sweetest against someone who make a big fuss about not losing |

Seriously it's so hideously sexist in a cunning way. And it really is sad that Kugimiya is being typecast so badly, her voice work is actually not bad at all if she gets the opportunity to use a bit more of her range. |

Naru from Love Hina. I already disliked them thanks to Akane Tendou. There are some characters that have some Tsundere qualities but they have other qualities other than being 1) a bitch and 2) caring about the main character when nobody is looking. And I hate most Tsundere is any Harem. |

The first tsundere girl I came across was Naru from Love Hina (was about 5 years ago). It was also the first tsundere girl I disliked. And since then I've never liked any tsundere girl~ |

Most tsunderes are done crappily. D: I started to hate them when I came across LouiseShanaTaiga. IT'S THE EXACT SAME ANNOYING WORTHLESS CHARACTER, REUSED OVER AND OVER AGAIN. But hell, if anything, Taiga was actually a breath of fresh air by this author. She actually had some character development- She grew up (lol, not height-wise). Only tsundere I've ever actually liked has to be Misaka (If she can even be counted as one- hard to classify, that one). ![]() |

When I watched Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora, the heroine was just too abusive. Most of the other series have the excuse of being slapstick comedies, but Hanbun is a drama (with very few laughs). When you stick a tsundere in a show like that, it just looks so wrong; it looked painful everytime she slapped or threw objects at the guy. Ever since then, I've successfully stayed away from most tsundere girl centered anime. |

I've always disliked tsundere females. Always. They were just so... boring. And annoying, of course. I prefer my tsundere male and my yandere female. Yep yep. |

That stupid bitch is the reason I dropped Love Hina. I couldn't even bear her crap for Shinobu <3. You can find me on IRC. |

They started to annoy me from the very beginning, mainly because the lack of any good reason to beat up the main guy! Best anime to show this must be Asu no Yoichi |

I actually don't mind the bitchiness much. There's bound to be that in any given thing. What i DO mind is when a bitchy character "warms up" to a male character. It's unrealistic. It's NOT cute. I view it as an insipid attempt at creating some "kawaii" romantic element and making the male character look more awesome or whatever shit. As for when I actually started hating them, there's no telling. |

Evangelion was one of the anime series I watched and Asuka was the first character that made me say "Ok, I truly hate her". It's funny how after that, whenever I meet a new character and immediately dislike her, she's almost always a tsundere. |

I started disliking them with Love Hina's Naru, long ago. I started hating them with Zero no Tsukaima, because that show was only about the main character getting beaten up by Louise. Seriously. I guess the "Guy accidentally ends up in a sexual-looking situation -> gets beaten half to death by girl" kind of humor just doesn't do it for me : / |
