According to the official blog of seiyu Iwao Junko, anime producer Ikeda Tohyoh passed away on February 17th due to liver cirrhosis. He was 38 years old. He launched the anime project of Kaleido Star series with Sato Junichi and founded the anime studio Encourage Films in 2008.

I listened to her character songs a lot, especially the ones she had as Tomoyo.

I looked over her credits, and she had really recent roles too ;_;

I first thought the seiyuu died but read again, the seiyuu was the one to announce someone's death on twitter.

2? I remember only Symphogear sequel and With Angel that was put on-hold (and He was supposed to be producer of it).

Rest in peace. As with other posters in here, Kaleido Star is one of my favorite anime and it is sad to see one of the key people behind it gone.
