There won't be a capu3 until the season 3 of the manga starts --" I wish people would seriously understand this. Volume 12 I believe is the last volume then they will start season 3. Volume 12 is being released within a few months.

I'm sorry for those who like the anime of Rosario + Vampire. Don't get me wrong, I watched the anime and for the most part I though that it was mediocre at best. However, when I came across the manga I was hooked in to its story, characters, and atmosphere. By the time I finished the series I was satisfied. To this day I still consider the manga to be one of the best manga series I've ever read. But we are talking about the anime here not the manga. In my opinion, there's more of a chance that the anime would be remade to follow the original source material than rather make a third season. However, this is unlikely because of these two factors:

One: The Company (Gonzo) cannot make any kind of continuation of the series without the authors consent. Plus the anime for the most part is mostly used as a promotion for the manga so that way people would go read it.

Two: Just making a third season or even a remake is a huge risk to take, especially when the anime didn't do so well in Japan. Even if it is popular outside of Japan it is still a huge risk. Though there are some acceptions to this but that stems back to the anime boom here in west (America).

Now it has been eight years since the anime first aired so there is still a chance but a very very small chance, so don't get your hopes up.
