After reading the manga (The anime is good, but way less good as the manga is) :

1- Shinku : She is honestly way in front of every others Rozen maidens, well of course her character itself is pretty amazing, but its also one of the maiden to show us more of her personality during the manga, she's bossy, well mannered, acting like a leader for the maidens cause of her "noble" character, but she is also a kid like her position in the maidens serie (Shinku is the 5th rozen maiden). She love childish things, fear things like kids, even if she don't want to let it shown to others and try to hide it, there is times when she let everything out. And of all Maidens, she is the one who help her Master to change the most.
She is in my sense, the only maiden to really understand what is the Alice Game (the story tends to hint it), proof his that her words start changing even Suigintou relation with her master Megu.

2- Kirakisho : Yes, her, the real 7th Rozen Maiden, its my second favorite character, even if she's the main antagonist of this story.
Why ? Well part of it is Pity for her, of all the maidens, she's the one with the saddest existence. she's litteraly a kid, even more than HinaIchigo. Rozen created her without any physical form, thus she was unable to meet with her sisters, wich created an abyssal loneliness in her. Her condition make her unable to have a master for herself, and unlike the other maidens, she was unable to learn the joy to form bonds with humans, it prevented her to "grow".
After reading the manga, one thing is clear, she's just a lonely kid seeking a family. But her lack of common sense and not knowing how to interact with others make her do horribles things to her sisters and the humans.
All she want : A family and the love of others.

3- Hinaichigo : Definitivly one of my fav Rozen Maiden, and she's clearly underestimated (Ok most of people probably only watched the anime, and yes in the anime, she's suck). But in the manga, you can clearly see that under this little girl (she's the 6th maiden), hide an amazingly powerful spirit.
Of all the maidens, she's probably one of the doll with the strongest desire to protect her sisters, the best exemple is when she entrust her roza mystica to Shinku, to protect all the sisters from Kirakisho, or even when she accept to stay behind, guarding Shinku's body during the Not-Winded arc. This little one litteraly sacrified herself for all her sisters.
If this is not the most beautyful form of courage and love, then i don't know anything anymore ^^

4- Suiseiseki : ... What to say, Well a tsundere, i think everything is said. Honestly, after the 3 first doll i wrote earlier, i think the 4 others are pretty .....
Well let's try to say something on her.
Yep i don't really think this doll is very interesting, its just the typical manga Tsundere.
Well yes she has redeming quality, like she love all her sisters deep, even if she don't tell it (ha ha ... Tsundere..).
And .. What more ... well no i don't think a lot of thing.
She cry all the time, can't do shit without Souseiseki, and .... she yell all the time.
Ha! She's probably one of the dolls that love Jun the most, but never say it, and instead, yell at him, insult him ... (Ho wait, tsundere !)
Well of course she has some moments during the manga, like how she counter Kirakisho during the not-winded arc, and how she try to protect Shinku and Kanaria from the fake twins, during the final arc, but that's all.
Her story (and power) are pretty inexistants, and her role in the Sakurada household is pretty inexistant too ... Ho yes ! She yell all the time ! (Tsuuundere!)
But ! She's not the doll i hate the most, cause after all, she's cute, and we all love tsundere deep inside.

5- Suigintou : Yes ! This one is my 5th favorite doll, unlike most of the fans, i don't find her this interesting. (Note for those who never read the manga : She's pretty different from the anime, as she's not "a broken junk" in the same way)
Well yes, she's daaaaarrrkkkk, she wear black clothes, she got dark winnnngs woooohhh.
And beside this ?
Well she want to fight, yep.
To be objective, she has at least a nice character development during the end of the serie, but .. during most of the story, her role is principaly :
Appear from the mirror, taunt Shinku, be mean to shinku, start a fight with Shinku, go away. Again and again ...
Well a part of this is pretty nice, it reveal a Love and Hate relationship with Shinku (she don't seem to really care about the others but Shinku.)
In a way, Shinku is what Suigintou lack, and Suigintou what Shinku lack.
Her story with her master Megu is a bit ... meh...
Honnestly, it felt rushed for me, the transition from Hospital Megu, to Dark Mad Bully Megu is ... Kinda ... rushed yes... It lack some scenaristic development.

6- Souseiseki : Ho god i hate her, let be honest (i speak for the manga version, as i said, the anime is way behind).
She's useless, i said it !
She's the doll with the less importance in all the serie, even Hinaichigo who has less "cast time" during the show is more important than her.
I don't like her character too, confident ? NO WAY ! She's just a coward doll.
She .... i can't say anything about her, she's simply useless !
She "die" 2 times btw.
The first time, when she think she's so badass that she can take all dolls by herself, she's litteraly pwn by her sister, and her roza mystica is stolen by Suiguintou.
And the second time (yes suigintou let her roza mystica go one time), she just .. Surrender her life again...
She has litteraly no desire to live, and even when she live, she just useless, she's litteraly a doll ! Waiting for order to act, doing nothing until then.
She has no will at all.

7- Kanaria : He who ? Haaa her... useless, she litteraly do nothing during most of the story, yep litteraly, she's seem to be here just to add some comedy.
Honestly, it would have been the 6 rozen Maidens serie (not including Kanaria) it would have been the same.

Of course this is just my own opinion of this ^^
