Meh to be ideal, 26 episode time frame imo
i say 18 episodes for Phantom Bullet and 8 episodes for Mother's Rosario, with a cliffhanger ending leading to Alicization

I prefer 20 eps for GGO and 10(another season) for MR.

Standard normal pace is 6 episodes per volume, and GGO doesn't have any timeskips.
1,2 volumes had 11 episodes (+3 for other stories), 3,4 volumes had 11 episodes, Accel world had 21 episode for 4 volumes (+3 for SS).

13 episodes for GGO will be optimal, it will be on cour then. Caliber and MR can't be normally added in one season with GGO, so no way it can be 24-26 episodes.

No anime adaption I knew had pace of adaption slower than 6-7 episodes per volume (excluding fillers of course). Often we have 5,4,3 or even less, that often completely ruins adaption (latest example Campione, which turned wonderful LN in garbage). I don't want fillers here (and in SAO/ALO we haven't any).

They probably think he did a good job with the amount of sales they got. How I resent them for wasting the potential.

Well according to the content of Phantom Bullet it is filler unless they animate only the parts Klein and Asuna mention while watching the tournament.What I want is a couple of eps with the front liners preparing,fighting and the conclusion not just "Kirito was the one that hold the lines"

OMG yes. I was honestly kinda disappointed they didn't animate the attack on the Laughing Coffin. They included that little side story that had them in it, which would have been a perfect prelude to them planning and executing their attack in the next say, 2 eps. And it does work in with the GGO story arc, for example, in the first ep they could show the attack on them

. I agreee that it would be best if they had two eps of it, but one would suffice I think.

there just wouldn't be enough content if you wanted to fit in ALO and GGO although they could have made one for hunting dark guilds though that might have ruined Kirito's character and never forget the tight budgets that most anime have especially how they can easily be ordered to have quick end to the series entirely
