I don't so I have to make another list apart from this one and post comments about it.

How about you, what do you do? Or you just don't care you watch it and move on, and if you happen to find it years later you re watch it.

I don't know I guess I don't want to feel like the only one who forgets most of them x_x;

when i was a kid i practically remember anime ive watch and repeatedly re-watch them but when the internet came and give a lot of anime to watch each season i barely remember anime that ive watch and i rarely re-watch them, because i think inside my head its saying what is the point of watching old shows when their are so much new shows coming up XD

By Title I can remember about 120 titles but I've watched way more than that. :l I practically rewatched every series from 1995-2011 at least twice.

When I was younger I could remember them all in the order I first watched them, but that was back when I had only seen about 20 anime.

Now? I have no idea. I have MAL to keep track of it, and i'm 99% certain I've included everything I've seen, but I can't be entirely sure. I wouldn't be able to name them all without MAL though.

ye i think the Law of Diminishing Returns also applies in watching anime (or any other media shows) their is a maximum limit on absorbing shows you have seen and further watching new shows will just be a waste or disregarded by the brain

but still gonna keep watching new shows man just for satisfying that habit lol

I can't recall every anime I've ever watched with perfect clarity episode for episode, but I remember the big shit that went down and the general gist of the stories.

No, I don't remember all the animes I watched and I have no intentions on rewatching them as that there are lots of new animes to watch in the first place..

I can remember most of them in a generic sense. I don't remember words and lines, but I remember the sensations I get from the combination of the storyline, music, animation, characters etc. I rarely rewatch anime though because as others have stated, there are more shows to watch and I always prefer to watch something I haven't seen. I keep a list because not because I forget what I watch, but when I look back on it does reinforce those memories and I like to keep track of things. Playing baseball and the overarching theme of statistics have been ingrained in me.

I will remember the name if I have seen it but some Anime was so bleak that I don't remember any story or such.

I don't remember a lot of the anime that I've seen over the years. Heck, until earlier this week, I'd forgotten to add Evangelion to my Watched list. Evangelion! How do you forget that?

Every now and then, I find some title that I'd seen ages ago that I'd forgotten and I pop it on my list with everything else. Plus, there are some movies and OVAs that I do remember seeing but that I'd forgotten the names of. Not that those matter. Most of them weren't that great.
Somewhere, there is an unplugged toaster sitting on a Coleman stove.

Does it feel lonely?

When I first started watching anime I even knew the order in which I watched the anime and all about them. By the time I got to 100 series watched I stopped remembering the ones that didn't interest me. Now that I've watched over 500 series, I will remember a lot if I liked the show, but if I didn't like the show then I won't remember anything, just that I didn't like it and to never watch it again.

I forget the ones that held little meaning to me. Like some of the romance animes i watches early one, i completely forgot about, but others that were more significant- like deathnote, angel beats!, or a few others. After 120 series, i remember most of the ones that excelled in thier genre, but those cheap copies of copies, easily forgettable.

I don't really remember them all, only if you tell me a name I will know wether I watched it or not. If the anime wasn't really good and it was some time ago that I watched it, I will need a short summary as well.
I have always all of the anime I watched in my browser history, so I just look at it and add it to my list.

If I did I wouldn't need an anime list. There have even been some anime that I saw before I made this account but didn't remember watching until recently.

Not really all, I still retain some memories of important scenes.

Scenes I loved and left a mark on me.

If you mean sitting down with a blank paper and just listing everything I've watched, there's no way I could do that. I could probably list 70-100 given time. But when I go down my list here, I can recall what the anime were about and what kind of music they had if it was memorable. Character names are more likely to be forgotten, but only if I didn't really like it that much.

Nope, that'd be a lot of unneccessary memory space.
I only remember the really good ones, the ones I like to remember - the rest is what the list is for, to sort.

No, I don't at all. Of course I really remember the ones that I adore and go back to often. Most I only remember memorable scenes that I enjoyed or major plot points. Some I can't even remember that I saw unless I look at the characters.

My head would have been exploded if I remembered all the series, lol.
Usually I remember some random details and plot roughly if I watched it long ago.
But if I liked it, I'll keep it in my mind for quite a long time.

This happens to me a lot.
I've forgotten the names of many animes I watched when i was young (I remembered my first anime as a bunch of wolves hunting for paradise..then after 5 years i realized it was called Wolf's rain lol). I just remember some snippets of the story & then try to google 'em down. (Heck, I forgot to add Inuyasha to my list until earlier today!)

Many times I see the name of an anime I have watched and ask myself "what was that thing again?".

I do remember the gist and important scenes of my 10s but most of the time, names of minor characters escapes me.
