| ok, guys, i wanna overhaul this club and see if we can get it up running again, so here are my ideas, first: remove all the staff with a couple of exceptions, and send them a message that they will have to reapply and BE ACTIVE XD then try and recruit some more active staff, with that i think we can get more regular ediitions, events and that kind of thing going, and obviously send out some newsletters. if any staff who actually check this club and see this message let me know your there and we'll start next week :DD |

| Odd job doing time. I opened up the position of Affiliate Officer on the Staff Needed thread, in case anyone wants to take that. I unstickied the Claim Cards thread as it hasn't been active for ages and shows no sign of that ever changing. I should think most people would have got theirs by now... It can always be restickied if needs be. I'm also updating the club description to remove former admins and add ones that aren't on there. If anything is incorrect, please say. Or fix it yourself. As of this Saturday, IWontLetGo will not have been on MAL for a full year. Should she be removed from the staff? (NOTE: As of this weekend I will do this myself unless she suddenly returns or anyone raises a valid objection) Also wolfbankai and makubexx have not been on MAL for around 3 months. |

Sorry I've ignored it for so long, I had given it up as dead, but I see the club's heart still has a faint pulse, so i'll try to revive it a bit by doing these things... 1) Clean up the staff (remove all but a few of them and let them either come back and be active, or replace them) 2) New Layout 3) Get some Cards done 4) Try and get people chatting in the comments |

| Thoughts on what staff we need if the club is going to be revived. Newsletter deliverers. Two is a good number. Obviously first priority should be given to those who were doing this before, should they wish to continue. As I said in the previous post, I could help send round stuff as a one off, but I'm not looking to take that position in the longer term. I've been taking on too much other stuff lately anyway. Card Makers are probably the second most useful if things are to be as they were before. Active ones. Layout design is only wanted infrequently. Handyman position is rather a vague one. Game master/thread creator isn't really a priority as anyone can create threads. And mascots are mascots. Recruiters I'm not really sure how much they ever actually did. We have an affiliate officer. As for relations stuff, obviously I'm still around, but remember that any staff member can edit the character guide, and can add to the relations so long as they make a post in this thread saying they have. And so long as they aren't upset if the characters get removed again. Oh and who is elkensteyin and what is/was his role? |

| @desura Lol nope, just really busy atm XD @kuudere, yeah, space will still do deliveries, card makers will be the hardest to find, but i can do a layout at some point, and scrapping the mascot thing is probably for the best XD and i added elk so he could add some banners, invite some people, and just help out in general, kind of an unofficial staff member really :3 I've got a huge back log of member badges to do for namines, as well as SCK to manage, but when i find some time i'll make some cards, see if i can find someone to deliver a newsletter then write one, hopefully that might pick things up a bit :D |
