Is this manga droped? The latest chapter availble was released three years ago so i think it is. any chance of any one taking it back up?

The scanners dropped the series because it was licensed. You'll have to go and buy it instead.

If you're American, any online bookstore (Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc) will do. Otherwise, I'd recommend The Book Depository. Search for "Butterflies, Flowers" because that is the official English title.
